Horrible. I went in for an oil change and now I have a leak dripping. They tell me I have a bad gasket and it will cost $600 to replace. Before I went in I had a car not leaking oil and come out with leaking oil and a costly repair. I will be taking my car to another mechanic to look at what's REALLY is going on. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Feels like a complete scam business or complete incompetent staff.

When they pulled my cabin n air filters I didn’t approve new one installed so they put the old ones back in. But the cabin filter box cover was bent n missing screws that hold it in, now there’s a loud noise when the a/c is turned on above mid way.. the air filter box is now missing 2 screws also hoping when replaced the engine light will go off, it’s been on since the service.. I would recommend going to another Jiffy Lube or another provider entirely.

I've used Jiffy Lube for awhile now and have always been satisfied up until now. This time I waited about two hours for my car to be serviced. I was told the delay and backup was a result of a bay malfunction earlier in the day. I waited and watched as the cars ahead of mine were serviced much slower than I've experienced at other Jiffy Lubes and when it was my term I saw the same slow service performed on my vehicle.

End of a very long relationship. I have been taking all of my cars (currently 5) to Jiffy Lube for over 15 years and after my last experience i never will again. This location has declined in the last 5 years. I rarely come to this location without some issue - they don't have the oil i need or do not have the oil filter i need. They told me a few years back I was welcome to go next door to O'Rielly and buy my own oil filter, which i have done a few times, but they do not reduce your charges at all. Also no matter how full the coolant level of the car is they always seem to say it is low and there is a $5 charge to top it off. Knowing this I checked the level the last few times before i went and even though the fluid was full they told me the level was low.My last outing was the final straw. After they changed the oil in my car i noticed a puddle of oil in my garage and a burning smell. Took my car to the dealer and they found the oil filter Jiffy Lube had just replaced was loose and oil was all over the bottom of the engine and the splash guard. $200 dollars to clean the engine and other parts coated in oil and top off the oil that had leaked out. They also replaced the oil filter and put it on correctly. They are more expensive now then the dealer, and at the dealer they have free food, drinks, and the lobby/bathrooms are clean.

I visited this location for a quick oil change and ended up with a massive headache. The wrong size oil plug & gasket were used and my vehicle leaked oil all over the garage floor when I got home. I tried to return to the location, but apparently a fleet of vehicles was checked in and it was going to be a very long wait. A dealership in Tempe was able to see me faster and rechanged my oil for a bit less than Jiffy Lube.I submitted a complaint about the ill fitting parts through the Jiffy Lube website and was connected to Jodi who didn’t reply to me for over 2 weeks. When they finally did, they cut my “refund” of services on a paper check via snail mail. When it finally arrived, I saw they were too cheap to return the amount I paid ($100) and only paid the cost of the cheaper oil change that fixed the issue ($65). Jodi did not mention this when we talked, so I was surprised when I opened the “refund” and it wasn’t full.Between the poor quality service I got at this location and the bad customer service I got from Jodi, I can’t return to jiffy lube in good conscience.I wasn’t going to leave this review, but this “refund” is my final straw. They worked so hard to earn this 1* review, I’m going to take the time to provide it.Save yourself the headache and pay less at a dealer.Edit: Jodi reached out this morning to confirm that she doesn’t know the difference between refund and reimburse. She blames me for not specifying the amount I wanted refunded after asking to see my invoice for the fix. You can’t refund money I spent somewhere else, that’s called reimbursement. Don’t message me and try to make this my fault Jodi, that’s gross.

I visited this place for Brake Fluid Change service. Their response was very quick and friendly. I'd say this shop gave me the best offer for the service too. They follow the first come first serve policy; so, no appointment is required.Service: Brakes

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SERIVE THEN DONT DO THE WORK! They claim and charged my wife for an oil change and a filter. Two days later all the oil is gone from the car. We take it to 5 minute (take your car there!! They are great!!) And they tell us we have no oil, a broken gasket, and a dirty filter. All of which we were charge for by jiffy lube. We go back and they refuse a refund. This is the worst place ever !!!Can you leave a zero star?Update: Since the manager can't ready either! I said my WIFE'S Car! The work was done under her name! However, YOU can contact the local CG branch and tell them how your teams incompetence cost them all my future business and anyone who will hear my story, too! You're a sorry company to charge people for services then don't do them.

I arrived at 8:12 am last Wednesday and it took me two hours for my car to be ready, I was just going to change the oil. They say that they are without personnel and that is why they are going so slowly, I only had 3 cars ahead. the person who should be the manager who charges does not help the staff, there were only two young boys working and the other one who was only dedicated to being on the computer without getting much involved. the waiting area was precarious, dirty and the bathroom makes some super weird and loud sounds. In short, I give them two stars for those two guys who, although they sometimes wandered around the area senselessly, managed to do their job.

We went in to get an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. Come back, and we go in to pay, and guy says they couldn’t do the tires cuz they couldn’t find the wheel lock key and they looked in glovebox and console. My wheel lock key is sitting on the spare tire in the trunk… I start the car, and have a traction control light on, AC blowing warm air, and a red lightning bolt symbol blinking (which is a throttle control system fault). We look up on YouTube a few warning reset steps just in case it’s a service light thing but doesn’t work. We pull back up to the front and the throttle is jerky the whole time so I’m on the brake so I don’t hit the car in front of me. Manager checks for error codes and says there are none. So we went to the oriley auto next door and had their guy come check for error codes and I watched him do it and there were also none. Called tow company to tow to a shop we’ve used before and went home. And there was another guy in the jiffy waiting room who said they messed up his AC too. And everyone in the waiting room was hearing our conversation with the employees and probably terrified they decided to come to this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Went for the first time. Tried at least. Got there 5 minutes after opening. Was told 45-60 minute wait. Because there were 2 vehicles in front of me. Either they don't know what "Jiffy" means or they're using it ironically. I don't even mind paying $80 for an oil change, but I can do it myself, with an adjustable wrench, a small bucket and a funnel in 15 minutes, in my driveway, for less than $30. And I'm an old man. I try to pay a premium for convenience. But I'm not spending time and money to be up sold on things I don't need. Every place up sells, that's fine. I'm just not going to spend unnecessary time for it. Oh, and the employee I spoke to, kind of seemed like he was trying to discourage me from staying. Just thought the owner of this franchise should know.

They were very helpful during a time of need to have rear brakes replaced. The mechanic Darrell showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done, something I don't see very often at other places. Antonio the manager was very professional and customer service oriented as well as all the team members. The genuine friendly nature and cleanliness at this location was so very much appreciated and welcoming and I will continue doing business with there.

Terrible service. Waited over an hour and they didn't fill-up the tires or clean the windows. What else didn't they do? Hopefully they actually changed the oil and filter.

Oil change, then 2 weeks later my car radio screen shows oil change needed. So went back and asked the young man what did that mean and said I probably drove alot and I needed an oil change again. I said please just check my oil please. He did and said everything was fine. A day later I was driving and my oil light went on, so my friend checked it and it was down 2 quarts of oil. I had a feeling that young man at the occotiio jiffy lube didn't want to be bothered. I won't go back there again.
