My boyfriend and I were looking for engagement rings. We stopped in at this Jared store on Ray and 1-10 and the staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly . I met with Jennifer , Tirzah and Jaivyen. They were very communicative and listened to what type of style ring I was looking for. They explained all the different diamond shapes, color grade, sizes, quality, pricing. These jewelers are very knowledgeable and engaged in what my ring interest were. I fell in love with a 4 carat princess cut diamond ring. They measured my finger for the correct sizing and were able to size it in store same day, which was amazing they have there repair shop in store. This experience will never be unforgettable. When we visited Shane Co, Helzberg, Kay jewelers we did not get any special treatment like we did here at Jareds. I highly recommend this jewelry store and will definitely be returning back for another diamond ring band. They have the most beautiful jewelry options to choose from. Thank you all so much for your wonderful services I was so happy.

Purchased rings December 2023. Was originally going to pay in full but was told they offered a no interest for 12 months payment plan so we decided to apply through Comenity Bank. Just noticed in April that I have been charged interest this entire time. Reached out to Comenity Bank and was told only a portion of my account was put on the no interest plan and the rest of it was accruing interest. That definitely would have been nice to know. We ordered our rings in person and the sales representative found a faster way for my husband's ring to arrive, so THEY did a refund and repurchased whatever way they found out, which took away my interest free financing? Why would I ever agree to that just to get the ring a couple of days faster? Of course the "returned" portion of my account was the only portion on the deferred interest plan.

I went to pick up my order yesterday and watched the staff handle a “situation” with another customer with such poise and professionalism I felt compelled to leave this review. I especially want to recognize Buffie for her compassionate demeanor in trying to resolve the issue at hand despite the anger and frustration she experienced from the client.
Buffie, without skipping a beat proceeded to help me next and I was amazed by her composure. Thank you Buffie for your kindness, it is greatly appreciated. You are a gem.

We had great service when we walked in this weekend to have a ring resized. The gentleman was patient, kind and knowledgable. I will be picking up the ring this week which I though was quick service. It is our go to place to maintain our jewelry.

Your manager Chris is so amazing and helpful! I had 2 situations he helped me with. He was able to help me find a band Jared's no longer carried at a sister store which was above and beyond.He also just recently helped me when my center diamond fell out of my engagement ring right before my wedding! He was a life saver. Please give him a raise or a star or something! Outstanding above and beyond customer service!
