New cutting edge technology facility in construction. Should make a significant difference in Arizona's economy along with TSMC's in north Phoenix.

Not only a TERRIBLE place to work but also a TERRIBLE LOCATION and maybe even company all together. I live right next to the campus and the whole neighborhood within maybe a 5 mile radius can smell the pollution from the campus. It smells like chemical garbage. You ask how I know it is coming from Intel? My partner works there and they stole them that it is them making that smell cause they put it in the ponds around the area and that the city is going after them trying to stope them from doing it so much. ON TOP of the atrocious smell. My partner was just let go from there for unknown reasons and told to reapply in 2-3 weeks. Same thing has happened to other friends. Went 3 weeks without work because there was a “leak” in their FAB, then 3 weeks later he gets let go? I DO NOT recommend working here and if you are sensitive to smells or have children I highly encourage you to not move into anything near Queen Creek Rd \\u0026 Dobson

It is physically impossible for Intel Management to operate without discrimination; they just can't operate legally. Age discrimination + Hispanic discrimination is what they did to me. EEOC will investigate on my behalf.

Nice campus but dirty place. A lot of nasty people who don't pick up after themselves. Drinking cups all stacked up in restrooms. Just nasty. Who hired these people?

I believe in Intel but they should really dig into one specific company they do business with, Brycon Corporation. Only reason they been on site for so long is because they don't report all accidents, partly because of the message Steve Gilmore portrays out to the employees. Promising raises, doing anything possible to make the company look good. Not only is there a strong influence of favoritism inside higher management but they abuse by pressure to get a job or project done. Some people are going more then 6 hours to get a break, others not getting a break at all and working straight past 13 hours. Brycon at Intel overlooks drug, alcohol abuse, and poor performance within their employees and that's the only reason they been on this site for so long. They hire nothing but inexperienced workers to pay them as low as possible. Taking advantage of the incentives Intel gives for following certain safety requirements that are crucial to working in a factory that deals with chemicals and other high risk and dangerous work. What I'm saying is that Intel hires a company that doesn't treat their workers accordingly. Anyone putting Brycon at risk be warned, they will try to eliminate that threat. Alot of people get injured within brycon at Intel but they don't report it because of the fear of being retaliated on. The Arizona Dept of Labor should really get involved and reveal the injustice going on at this site.
