After feeling defeated from not making the school volleyball team, my daughter had lost all motivation. Took a school year off from playing any kinds of sports and then we found Ignite. The coaches here are so awesome! Very personable, found a way to make training fun. She’s always eager to come, it’s never a struggle to get her to come. Thought for sure, like with all sports, in the beginning it’s all the hype of some place new, not at Ignite, she has yet to hit that plateau. I am so envious just watching from the gallery, that my now 13 year old, in the 9 months that she’s been coming to Ignite, that she’s lifted over 100,000 lbs, is way more agile and ready to hit the courts jumping, went from trailing at the end of the pack running laps is now at the beginning without the look of being tired. AMAZED doesn’t even come close.

I have been an Ignite athlete for five years now and have nothing but the best to say about the facility, trainers, and training. Not only does Ignite provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment, but it also is a place where athletes are nurtured and challenged to get better every day. The Ignite crew are some of the most helpful trainers out there. They work with each individual athlete to ensure they get the proper, adequate training needed. They are constantly integrating different warm-ups, exercises, and workouts to keep athletes on their toes and create ways for us to stay focused and motivated to get work done in the gym.Ignite has played a crucial role in my success and the success of countless athletes. They have helped prepare me throughout my years playing club volleyball and continue to play a huge role in my journey preparing for college volleyball. Coach Javi, Rob, Preston, and all interns are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to strength and conditioning. They are quick to modify any exercise to fit an athlete's needs and do an incredible job at teaching the importance of stretching and mobility in order to prevent injury.Although their focus lies on the physical aspects of training, they also have copious advice and knowledge on the mental and emotional side of athletics. They spend time getting to know their athletes and building strong, professional, coach-to-athlete relationships with everyone who walks through their doors. Checking in on their athletes and making sure they are doing well physically and mentally is something I hugely commend. The coaches constantly show support and come out to sporting events to cheer on their athletes. If you are looking for a place to build strength, speed, agility, and ultimately become a better athlete, Ignite is the place for you. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me and for all they have done for many athletes.

My son has been going to Ignite now for the past 6 months and I have noticed a significant difference. He is stronger, faster, and more agile. Love the small class sizes, and the instructors really care about the athletes. Thanks to Rob and his team.

In six months, my daughter has seen immense changes not only in strength and agility but also overall confidence. The trainers are energetic and encouraging while pushing each athlete to do better. They truly care about your health and success, meeting you where you are at and setting goals. I could not recommend it enough!

My son has been going to Ignite for two years and we couldn’t be happier with the level of training he receives. They have small class sizes and tailor to your sport. Other gyms he’s attended only focused on building muscle. Ignite believes on not only building the right muscle for you but they focus on flexibility, stretching and movement. Their coaches genuinely care about each of their athletes and make each day unique and fun!

Can’t say enough about Ignite-their coaches, the environment that they have created, and the facilities are all outstanding. Our daughter has been training with them every week for a year and a half and has grown tremendously in strength, speed, confidence and overall athletic abilities. We looked at other gyms but ended up deciding to go with Ignite because of what they stand for. We knew right away we could trust them to train our daughter in a safe and fun environment while still achieving her goals. For any one who is still looking for a gym, no need to look further!

My son started going to Ignite almost three years ago with the hopes to play collegiate football. Since then he has gained almost 50lbs, improved his agility, flexibility and made tremendous strides in all areas. He has reached his goal to play D1 football and I cannot thank Rob, Javi and Preston enough. Not only are they excellent trainers, but they are stand up guys who I would trust any kid with. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks guys for making my son a better player and person!!

Our daughter and son both trained at Ignite during high school and are now playing in college (soccer and baseball). Our 3rd child plays football (7th grade) and recently started training with the Ignite Team as well, and we could not be happier. The knowledge and professionalism that Rob, Preston and Javi provide is second to none, and the personal attention and commitment we have received from them, has been outstanding. My son is a freshman high school baseball player. He began training in 8th grade. He added over 30 pounds of muscle in the first six months of training at Ignite. The strength and confidence the Ignite trainers helped him achieve has immediately translated onto the ball field.

My 13 year old daughter has been going to Ignite for about 9 months and *always* looks forward to it. There has never been a day that she didn’t want to go train. The environment is great and group sessions are kept safe by limiting the number of participants per session. The coaches at Ignite care about the whole athlete and what is in their best interest. They make it fun and train smart. I continue to see improvement on and off the court. I highly recommend Ignite! They are the real deal.

Coaches make training fun for young athletes! We’ve seen tremendous growth in six months reaching the goals of weight, strength and speed in that short amount of time.
