My wife and I are Hyatt members… We stayed Hyatt all over the country. And for whatever weird reason, this Hyatt in Chandler Arizona is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I don’t mean the best Hyatt, I mean the best hotel. The entire staff bends over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect . The general manager came up to our room and tinkered with the Wi-Fi so that my wife and I could both get our work done and it probably took him a half an hour to figure out what the problem was… And it was just some silly mistake that my wife and I had made in terms of our settings. He didn’t say a word he just smiled and left after we got up and running.

We were here for a week & our stay was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming & helpful, the rooms very comfortable & clean, they serve a great breakfast, & are in a perfect location! I would recommend, & we would stay again :)

Great location! The receptionist was super friendly! I had stayed there previously and came back.
Rooms: Nice, clean, spacious.
Safety: Very safe.
Walkability: Chandler Mall and Walmart are opposite.
Good restaurant options around too.
Very good!

All was really nice. Stores nearby. Great for small families. The shower area was on point! Most of all, it was Breakfast that has 10 Stars. The best I have seen in a long time!

I had a class in one of their conference rooms and it was nice. The hotel supplied nothing, just a place for class. Nice grounds, nice pool, you will want to swim in the summer. And good service for guests.

The entire staff (those that I encountered) is friendly, professional, and accommodating to all their guests' needs. I have stayed here for several nights and I will definitely return and highly recommend the Hyatt for an affordable, high quality room.
Rooms: The rooms are quite large compared to other hotels. A doorway separates the "bedroom/bathroom" from the "living area", creating the feeling of being in a small apartment. The furniture is quite nice and comfortable.
Noteworthy details: The courtyard is serene at night. Walking through it was calming and peaceful.

The gentleman named Wagner at the front desk was SO incredibly kind, professional & had such a wonderful energy!! He did such a kind act for me & my family & Hyatt is LUCKY to have him!!!
Wagner should get a raise because I’m certain that he’s been that wonderful to so many others who haven’t taken the time to write a review?
