I usually like H&R block and have used them for many years. But this year I made the mistake of paying for my taxes out of my return. Which means H&R block receives my return and then sends me a check. I never got the check. So now they tell me I have to wait 90 days to make sure the original check doesn't cash before they will send me another check. I filled I'm April , still haven't gotten my return and I'm now told I won't until July 16th. I will never pay for my taxes to be done out of my return again.

I met with Sham today and he is very very knowledgeable about taxes, polite and helped me clear all the questions i had. Definitely going to visit H&R block next year.
