The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrendous. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, and it is clear that they are in dire need of a new manager to improve the overall experience for customers. The current manager's behavior and attitude are unacceptable and it is imperative that they are replaced as soon as possible.

Went in to take a look at engagement rings, Tommy and Ness were ready for me as soon as I walked in! They were super attentive and listened well to what I was looking for in regards to style, price range and overall personality. They helped me pick out a beautiful oval ring that was exactly what I had imagined! They helped offer multiple discounts including Veterans discount!
