I wish I could attach pictures on here, it would speak for itself. My dog was DRENCHED in piss when I picked her up. She has white legs that were soaked half way up yellowish brown and she REAKED. We called and found out she'd probably been running around threw all the dogs' excrement for the better part of a week. This is something I'd expect from a hoarder's house, it blows my mind that's even legal for a boarding facility.

Great facility. Staff is friendly, prices are competitive, and my high energy dog is always exhausted when he gets home.

Luna has been to many doggy daycare facilities over the years. HeartStrings daycare is the best by far! The facility is clean and well-kept. The staff is great and genuinely cares about all the dogs.I love that HeartStrings has a Facebook page that I can log on to daily and view all the photos and videos of the dogs playing and having fun! They also have fun activities for the dogs and their owners throughout the year!Luna is always excited to go to daycare! I feel like she is well taken care of when she's there. Thank you for all that you guys do for our dogs!

Heartstrings Pet Resort has the nicest employees . I am comfortable leaving my two dogs with them and know they will receive professional and personal care from every employee. Jazzy and Roxy loves you all!!

We take our Morkie Harley there for daycare and she loves it there. We also have boarded her a few time and everything went well. They have a great staff!

My chocolate lab Bruno absolutely loves Heartstrings!! He's been going to weekly daycare since he was old enough to join the fun. We never worry about leaving Bruno for boarding - he loves the staff and they all seem to have a real affection for dogs.

Jeena loves going to daycare at Heartstrings.They are careful to incloude her in playrooms with dogs that have compatible energy. She is always pleasantly exhausted when I bring her home!

My two cairn terriers, Sam and Finn, have been going to Heartstrings for 5 years and we all love it! They love their days at doggie daycare as well as the times they board. Wonderful staff, very caring! I highly recommend!

My dog hurt her leg while under their watch. When I told them about it the next day, as I didn’t noticing her limping right away, they denied everything. She now needs ACL surgery on both her back legs. Initially, it was just one leg but she over compensated on the other leg and now both back legs need surgery. She is only 3.5 yrs old. Appears they don’t monitor the dogs.

If you want to being home a mistreated, starved a d sick dog, then by all means bring them here. We lost our dog a week after she left there and the new owner is of course dodging me. I want a reimbursement for my vet bills! The new owner is living off the old owners reviews. Please don't trust the stars! Read the last 6 months of reviews since she took over.

New owners living off of the awesomeness of the old owners. Do not go by any review more than two months old if you love your pet do not take your pet here place is gone way way way down the hill.Our fur baby came home with bite marks, cuts, scratches and kennel cough only after a few days no apologies no condolences, no compensation nothing!!!

New owners. We took our Boxer there for years because of the Great old owner!My wife called recently to get our dog kenneled...not even holiday weekend!The New owner told us no room!? And didn't care that we knew the old owner!

Our dogs always have a good stay here, they take great care of them, and they get time to socialize with other dogs.
