My family has been coming to this salon for over 35 years and followed them wherever they went. My children now come to get their hair done and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for all the love and attention you give to us.

The owner of this salon has burned my face 3 times within 4 weeks! I'm not sure why she blames me for the burns and she has the curling iron in her hand. This is her comment after all the burns:All do respect I am a professional I've been doing hair for over 30 years this happens all the time clients position their head the way they can see in the mirror, as opposed to you trying help me flat iron your roots let me do my job for you, you'll have better results, sorry for your pain and misery.I shouldn't have to pay the owner whom I've seen for almost a year every week with a substantial tip to get my face burned.

She did a great job on my deep condition it felt so much healthy and my sons dandruff was gone and curls looked how they should be. Reminded me of my aunts shop back home because it is family owned and that's what I like. Everyone was super nice they were super busy too says alot. They do alot of services in there will have to take my son back for a haircut

I’ve had the worst experience at this salon not once but TWICE. The first time I came I was under the dryer with bleach in my hair for 8 hours. The stylist Teresa insisted this is what was needed to get my hair to the desired color. Although the experience was a little off, my hair was presentable enough to walk out of the salon. The second time was the worst, I went in to get a honey blonde pixie cut (since the cut was acceptable the first time, it was the color I had a problem with) and the same stylist Teresa was the only one available(after several attempts of trying to book an appointment), even though I posted a picture with my booking appointment of what I wanted my hair to look like, when I showed up and showed her the picture, she barely looked and acted as if she was confident enough to execute the style. Instead of straightening my kinky curly hair to prep for layering, she used a pair of clippers and began tapering the sides of my head barely leaving any hair at the top. After this, she began dying my hair, and had to re dye my hair 3 times. the color was completely off and was an orange color. I noticed that Teresa was getting short with me, as she was booking reservations for her birthday dinner and taking phone calls while doing my hair. Not only was she in a rush, but after settling with my hair color (that took about an 1 hour and 1/2)she began to rub a handful of edge control in my hair to style it and finish it to make it in time for her dinner reservation. I seemed to have interrupted her phone call when I asked her politely to wash the edge control out of my hair, Teresa was completely rude and after washing the edge control out of my hair I specifically asked her “can I have layers?”and she interrupted me saying “ I know... like the picture, right?” (While continuing to style my hair as she saw fit)as if she was the stylist, and I as the costumer didn’t know what I wanted... I said yes and she began CURLING my hair. When she was done I absolutely did not have the style in the picture or anything I could leave with feeling confident enough to wear in public. I did not pay for the services as I was not satisfied. I’m not sure if Teresa understood that part of the conversation, but days later she begans to constantly text me about paying her for a service she simply did not provide, here’s the kicker...not only do these text turn into harassment, but she then has someone share my picture on social media with the same hairstyle I wasn’t satisfied with. They then start sending me screenshots of places they think I might be! This has gotten so bad I’ve had to file a police report, never did I think me not being satisfied with my hairstyle would turn to me being stalked and harassed in this way. It is so hard to find a black hair stylist in Arizona, and the experience I’ve had makes it that much more difficult! but further than that... this is completely unprofessional, and has gotten far too personal. Save yourself the experience, I sure wish I would have.

I got hair done by Miss Treazure Mandley, she took her time on telling me how to treat my hair and she deep condition my hair..I love my hair it's full of life and looks so healthy and amazing remind you I haven't perm my hair in months..thanks for making me beautiful and you are my new hair dresser..♥️
