This is the worst bank. Ever since the switched from Great Western Bank the service has been so awful. I’ve had this bank for almost 8 years and I am switching immediately. Everyone I have talked to also has nothing nice to say about this place since the switch. The lady I spoke to on the phone about my account had no idea what she was talking about. I was talking to her while I was staring right at my banking app. They should train their staff more. If I could leave Zero stars I would.

I love doing business with this bank! Personable, clearly spelled out how they could help me. Proactive in security and care of myself as their customer. I had an odd property and obtained a loan from them 20 years ago and it’s been paid in full for 10 years or so. All went well. Currently I have a small business and Great Western Bank is my bank. Thank you.

Only problem I have they need to be opened for business on sat till 1 at least like other banks only time to do what I have to work monday thru fridays

Top Notch Service - I have never seen a bank with a great level of service. Glad to choose GWB. Everyone is so helpful from tellers, managers and credit card department.

Have done banking with GWB since they started. Looks like time to switch. Arrogance is way too high here. Never had such rude treatment from a manager! It's just not South Dakota friendly at this branch!

Great Western Bank is awesome... they get the job done and so far hold over $7MM in loans for my business and myself personally. Mark Wolff is fantastic. I just wish they were more centrally-located and had a better mobile app for deposits... their website and mobile apps are in dire need of updating, but the service and follow through make up for it!
