I have been customer for great clips for more than six years. The inconsistency is here and there. Doesn’t matter how bad it is or good, I would also tip as well. But Man! Today was the worst! I wish could have cut my hair by myself! I don’t know if I am going back to great clips agains. Such irresponsible way of cutting hairs! I gave three stars in rating because, I have gotten good hair cuts in past.

Really inconsistent cuts here. Have gone 3 times total, but the last time my hair was noticeably uneven all around. Had to travel to a different location with higher skilled employees to fix what they did.

Very pleasant experience today. The team is terrific and the cut she gave my husband was very good.Update - We went in again yesterday and the gave us efficient yet great cuts. Thanks to the super team at this store.

I checked in online, arrived on time said I checked in online and app said 5 minute wait. Updated 7 minutes later to 2 minutes, 8 ppl came in, 2 were seated before me when I was listed as next. Another person was called and I was told it's not my turn. I've been coming to the same location for a decade. You have lost a customer permanently.
