Went to buy a new driver and the only help I received was them taping the front of it. They handed me the driver and walked away, never to check on me again. Can't use the simulator because you have to pay for it? Terrible. I was the only customer in the store also. Won't be going there again. PGA superstore is the only place to go.

Stopped in for a new grip and had the best experience at golf galaxy! The customer service was amazing and friendly! Will be our new golf stop!

Arrived at the store and spoke with a rep who I was able to work out a deal with for some used irons. Phoned the next day and informed the same rep of the clubs I was going to trade in. Drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic only to be informed they are not willing to accept my clubs. Now I get to drive one and a half hours home in rush hour. Thanks golf galaxy

I visited Golf Galaxy feeling defeated after a not-so-great experience at PGA Superstore. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the PGA superstore. Upon arriving at Golf Galaxy, I hit the simulator and tried a few new drivers I had been looking at. I was doing decently, but with the help of Khol, the experience at Golf Galaxy became awesome. Khol was a great help and offered tips and suggestions on how to improve my swing. He even held an actual conversation with me, which made me feel great. I left the store feeling positive and convinced to buy a new driver that Khol recommended. Golf Galaxy is definitely a great place, and I will continue to go there for all my golfing needs.

I love the game of golf and always looking for an upper hand with equipment. Between Larry who is one of the fitters at this location and Alex in the repair shop you cannot go wrong one bit. Larry can identify specific areas within equipment and swing that will provide you with the best options possible. To give a brief description of his experience would be me walking in the other day and having some issues with my driver where I had noticed a drop off in spin and causing loss in my drives. Larry asked a couple questions and the. Put me into a driver with the right ball combination that got me the best result. Always a great experience with Larry. For the build shop Alex is someone that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or modify your equipment: I have some very interesting requests and Alex remains extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely talented with equipment. I highly recommend working with him with any of your needs.

First time coming here and let me tell you. This was the nicest experience I've ever had at a sporting store. I went here today to have my 12 year old try out the trackman simulator for his birthday since he's been golfing for a year now and dying to try the trackman. From our cashier checking us in to the golf service attendant to the instructor who walked in just to give my kid some free tips. Thank you! You guys did not have to go above and beyond today but you did and I am greatful for it. We walked out with new set of irons a bag and some happy birthday balls!

Don't waste your time. Always limited on club selections or have to order and now they don't have a return or exchange policy for clubs you purchase from them and want to try. What kind of garbage is that?!? Everyone knows the bays are nothing like actually playing. What a joke!! No wonder they're going under. PGA superstore is light years above them and gives you a 90 day exchange policy for clubs.

What a disappointment...!! At first, I was excited because I was looking forward buying a new driver. Only to find out I cannot use their simulator (new policy). I was told in order test any products you need to rent an area. I simply put it away and went to PGA Superstore, where I test and bought my Stealth driver :)To management, do you really believe those that want to purchase a club is going to rent an area first, and then buy. C'mon guys! You're smarter than that.....

Absolutely pathetic experience. Went to buy son a driver and 3 wood. Not one customer in store and was told we needed to pay to use simulator to see distance, accuracy and ball speed to make a decision on 3 different brands. Total joke! PGA tour store all day long over this place!!
