If I could I've this garbage shop 0 stars I would, actually no 0 is too kind I would give this shop -10 stars it was that bad. The owner was rude and aggressive, if you want to go into a shop and getting shot down the minute you get inside this is the place! A garbage shop for a garbage human!

My husband purchased a beautiful new ring for me. As per my usual I was too impatient to wait for the jewelry store to size it. The local competitor quoted a price of $75 more and a time of 4 hours. We happened to walk by Gold Touch and the lovely gentleman and his wife were able to size my ring for not cheaper but in 30 minutes! We have since been back to repair a watch and they were just as amazing. This is definitely our go to spot for jewelry and watch repair.

I took in my $3000 watch to get it resized but the guy ruined 8 of my screws and put a large dent in one of my links thinking he could push out the pins even though I told him it was a screw pin please don't go here they have no idea what they are doing and will destroy your jewelry be warned. If you have expensive jewelry don't cheap out and go to this place.

Don't go to this establishment by all means. The owner is rude and very offensive towards his customers. He also gives one price then charge after is complete. I personally had a horrible experience with the owner!

They will ruin your jewerly. I took my mom's Levian ring for sizing. Besides refusing to use the size that my mom felt comfortable, they did an awful job. They left the ring irregularly shaped and worst of all, they messed up the designer engraved logo, which will probably void the Levian lifetime warranty.

David fixed my gold necklace my mother gave me as a present & it was perfect. We walked in and he fixed it right then and there in less than 10 minutes ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Fast and fair prices !

This dude is legit! Fixed my gold rope chain right in front of me! No need to wait an hour to a week. Fixed mine in less than 20 minutes and I got to see him do it all which was really interesting to watch. He also only charges about half as much as everywhere else. -Mason

Been using Gold Touch since moving to Scottsdale 8 years ago. Outstanding customer service, truthful and honest. Didn't realize PV Mall was closing and they had moved. Called same # and said now in Chandler. Really nice location and nicer mall. Same great friendly service. Highly recommend.

Dave it was great! We came in last minute the same day to fix our engagement ring and he fixed it within 30 minutes and he fixed it in front of us great deals!

The store looks a bit rundown since they are remodeling the whole mall center. The owner seemed a bit short tempered at the beginning, but became friendly when we decided to buy a citizen watch on display. We went to the store to size a watch bracelet only, and he performed the job well. He was polite but not friendly. My husband liked a watch that we weren't planning on buying, that's when he became more attentive and very friendly with us. He told us he will be provisionally transferring his store somewhere else because of the construction. Maybe he's feeling overwhelmed by this disruption making him look not very friendly, but he definitely knows his business.

I was in a panic because my anklet that was given to me by my mother (whom passed away 2016) broke at the latch this morning. Immediately, I search for a jewelry repair that was available 1st thing in the morning. David at " Gold Touch Jewelry" was open at 10am. When I approached his business, he welcomed me and without hesitation & listened to my concerns about the broken anklet. He cleaned the anklet & repaired it in minutes!! I went in yesterday January 27, 2020 to have a clasp put on my broken gold chain necklace. As always, I went into the Yelp App to see if there were any reviews on this store to see and before I went in. While I was reading & looking at the reviews on Yelp, a pop up came up that said if you Check-In at the store you will receive a 10% discount for any repair. So I "checked-in" and received the coupon for the 10% displayed on my phone. Now mind you, at the time I was only there to get a quote to fix the clasp. I had mentioned that I had just lost my job on Xmas eve and it was imperative for me to get my necklace fixed at the place with the lowest quote. The owner was there along with his son (I think he was the son) immediately quoted me a price of $29.00 to put a 14k gold clasp on it which was the cheapest quote at that time and gave the owner the go ahead to replace the clasp. The reason I only gave two stars on this review is because when it came time to pay I showed the owner my phone with the 10% coupon for checking in on Yelp, and he quickly and very abruptly advised me that he does not honor any coupons other than his own coupon that he had at the register and he showed me one of his coupons and that was the only coupon he would except. Needless to say, I was totally shocked and really, really taken back when he said to me that he already gave me a low price and said that the Yelp coupon is from them, not him and that he wouldn't accept my 10% Yelp phone coupon. He then showed me his stack coupons next to the register, and again said that's the only coupons he honors. So I asked if I could have one of them and use it right then since it was the only coupon that he would accept. He said no and that he already gave me a low price. I also asked him if there was a way was shorten the chain and keep the gold without taking gold out totally? He said yes and explained a little ring type clasp that would raise the the diamond cross but would cost another $30.00 and that I should come back for that when I get a job.... wow!! Also note that this was the first jewelry repair place I came across and used that doesn't automatically clean the piece of jewelry after it's been fixed like most of the jewelry repair places do just as a courtesy. So I think next time I will go to the "Fast Fix" in the same mall and avoid the penny pinching mizer all together. Save your integrity and go elsewhere.
