Ken is extremely knowledgeable is website design, marketing and everything that goes into this process. This was my first experience with having a website built to accept payments for product. I spent three months trying to build my own website and finally threw in the towel and asked a friend for a recommendation. She sent me to Ken and Go Pro Local and I am so thankful. Ken was up front and honest about the work that needed to be done and very fair on pricing. He was patient with me and helped me understand what he was doing and why. He was always willing to talk and screen share to explain whatever new function he added. I never felt uncomfortable asking to go in a different direction, add something, or take something away, etc. He clearly explained everything to me so that I now feel comfortable to take over and maintain my website.I am extremely proud of my website and the everything he added. I am about as technologically advanced as a gnat. I am setting up a website to do e-commerce rentals on medical devices I have available that change lives. I had no idea where to start, how to keep going and advancing through the process. Thank God for Ken. He's not only a top drawer professional, with the patience of Jobe and the expertise of Bill Gates. I'm really not kidding or exaggerating. His credentials are impeccable. He has not only helped with the launch, getting all of the information together to allow him to complete the website. But there have been numerous kinks along the way with shipping, setting up new emails, on and on where I'd end up ringing my hands or stay frozen with what appeared to be insurmountable complications at times and he was so fast and sooooo experienced he'd blow by these complications in seconds. Ken was very helpful, professional, responsive - I am an administrative assistant for a client of Ken's and he has helped her launch her website, made her website more user friendly, and build her business. He has been very instructive in both the big picture of what she needs the website to do.
