I’ve been going to this gas station for the past 9 years and recently I had just dropped my wallet outside in the front parking lot with everything in there and the manager found it and held it for me. Overall there have never been any issues with gas for all 3 of my cars, workers are extremely nice; always smiling. I recommend this gas station to anyone, it has excellent customer service.

I have always had wonderful experiences at this Arco called Gilligan's on Chandler Blvd. The Indian gentleman is always very kind and very helpful to me. I have been standing in line when other customers have been rude to him and he does get flustered, however, I have never seen him rude or discourteous and I have been going there every 2 weeks for over 4 years.Just putting out there what my experiences have been.

I just watched a woman card a 30something year old man for cigarettes. I was speaking with him in line. He had grey hair in his beard and was clearly 35+ years old. They didn't ID the little boy who bought alcohol and cigarettes, but they ID'd him. I overheard him telling the manager he had gone to the store for 15 years or something like that? Can you imagine? The manager didn't even recognize him. I'd suggest you take your hard earned cash to somewhere that will appreciate it. Even Circle K employees recognize their regulars.

Are you serious? Why do AM PMs all charge hard working Americans an additional 35cents to use your debit card. This is America. Debit cards are standard practice. I understand the owner is from a 3rd world country where this kind of scamming is acceptable. But this is the United States. Why are they charging hard working Americans extra money to use their hard earned money? Seems like a 3rd world country money scam. Only see it at indian owned establishments. Is this perhaps some 3rd world practice that involves charging those who have a debit card extra money? Bizarre. Ohh yeah, I saw the large midget lady at the counter screaming and yelling at some pour old lady who's lid came off her drink. Maybe you should find lids that fit.

I've been coming here for 15 years. Thr manager is an Indian and he is always angry. Today I asked if he remembered I was a repeat customer the last 15 years? He literally laughed and asked me "Why would I care?" OK. I'll take my money someplace else. The manager himself looks poor and often smells...I don't think he can afford to turn away $1000 a month. He can't even afford a shower...

I just noticed this place had to have Google reset their reviews for a 3rd time! It looks like they have angered so many customers that even after Google reset their bad reviews, they just keep pouring in.My complaint is about the management. My husband walked in and was filling up one of the 32oz sodas. The manager came over, breathing down his neck, and acused him of drinking soda directly from the fountain. My husband is 64 years old. He does not drinking from the soda fountain. This man was rude and he also smelled quite badly.

The big, large, short, Hispanic lady who is in her 60's forgot that I've been coming here for over a decade. She I'D me for cigarettes and I asked her "You don't remember selling me cigarettes? You've sold them to me 3 dozen times or more." She says no, so I ask for the manager, who is an Indian gentlemen who looked very sick and sweaty...he doesn't remember me either. Well I buy cigarettes, lotto and soda there everyday...not anymore.

I typically only leave reviews when it really weighs upon my heart. There is some kind of money scam going on at this AMPM. This is the 3rd time I've used my debit card here, and it's the 3rd time I've had de it fraud occur on my account the next day. It is no coincidence. My bank has instructed me not to return here. Additionally, they charge 35 or 40 cents (I can't remember) to use your DEBIT card. I should have realized I was in a shady establishment but I let it slide. Now I've had to report over 450 dollars in debit fraud. I was reimbursed each time, but was warned if I went back to this AMPM and it happened again, that wells fargo would not be issuing any refunds. Thank God I got all my money back. I will never return here again.

If you buy anything from this store, do not touch the sandwiches and pickles that are in the cooling unit by the front register. There were 2 roaches and a dead smashed up cricket inside, amongst the sandwiches and other items.Reported to the health department. Unacceptable.

I work close by and stop here to get drinks every other day. Well today when I started to drink my raspberry iced tea I noticed chunks in the drink as I swallowed it.. it didn't taste good at all. I was disgusted and have not felt well since.

I stopped by because I had some cash in my wallet and the gas was cheap. I had low expectations which they didn't meet. I stopped by knowing that it is better to pay cash to avoid the surcharge of using your debit card. I was not expecting any level of customer service because I was going to use the kiosk to pay. It should have been an unmemorable experience. The kiosk was broken so I had to go inside to pay. I didn't expect much for customer service. But I did expect the cashier to say SOMETHING to me. I should have known better since he didn't say much to the people in line before me. What bothered me the most was the distance between the pumps and where you pay inside. It's quite far! I wouldn't have notice except that the customer in the car next to me was an elderly woman. We both left to pay at the same time. I walked in, stood in line (I was 5th in line), paid, and walked out. She was still walking in! That is when I realized how far it was. This place does not appear to be convenient for the elderly or disabled.
