Eric was so sweet and kind in explaining the design process for my engagement ring. I had a specific style in mind that required some details that we couldn't find in other stores or online. The design mock up helped us make the decision. Overall, the process was super easy, no pressure, and the finished ring was ready to pickup in three weeks. We felt comfortable working with Eric and would recommend others who are wanting to creating a personalized design. We'll be visiting soon for our bands.

I had such a positive experience working with Eric to recreate my late grandmother’s ring. It wasn’t valuable by any means, but had sentimental value and he really honored that throughout the process, by sharing the history of this style of ring (‘Thai princess’) so I could imagine how my grandmother may have acquired it (often brought back as gifts by deployed military), spending extra time and care to model and build out the intricate design, and keeping me updated on his progress. It turned out beautifully and I will happily bring back any more custom work in the future. Thank you, Eric!

Eric at Gemsetter was so great to work with! I knew I wanted my engagement ring re-set but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do with it and was super indecisive. Eric patiently walked me through all my options and did wonderful work on the ring. We ended up buying my husbands wedding band here too! While we were waiting for our rings Eric was super communicative and we received everything in a timely manner. Glad to have found a jeweler I know I can trust!

Eric is absolutely amazing! When we met Eric we were vacationing in Arizona from Illinois. When we left the store my now husband and I were talking about how great and passionate Eric was. He called Eric after we got back and described exactly what he wanted and Eric created the most beautiful ring. We are so happy God put us in that store that day we had no intentions of purchasing anything that day were simply trying to kill time before heading to the airport. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I had my wedding band made here and it was custom made from my grandmothers jewelry. The work done was amazing and my wedding band turned out better than I could have imagined and has such sentimental value!! I will go back here for all my future jewelry needs.

Eric the owner of Gemsetters is a true “gem”. I brought my Diamond ring in to have the diamonds reset into earrings. He helped me find the perfect settings and I couldn’t be more pleased.He has my business from now on. He’s a professional through and through.

This place was no where near where I lived, but after seeing such positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with them. I needed my ring sized and the owner was super friendly and helpful. He let me know that it would take a week, and after it took slightly longer than a week, he was very apologetic and took $10 off. I will be going back for any other needs based on the excellent customer service.

With a heavy heart me and my sister Candice, walked into Gemsetter and Company not knowing what we wanted done or the words to say.We handed over the last of what my mother gave us, to Eric the owner, and discussed the situation. Not only was he knowledgeable, but made us feel like family. He went above and beyond in his artistry and care! Took the time with joy in his heart to discuss every last detail of our beloved mother's rings.Treated us like it was his mothers rings.Eric added purple amethyst to the solid white gold band, in memory of my moms favorite color and the color of the Pancreatic Cancer ribbon that took her life to short at 58yrs young.Our hearts are sooo full and pictures don't due justice on this mans talent and heart! We highly recommend Eric for anybody's jewelry needs. Eric has a heart and passion for what he does. That passion sure is lost now a days. ?Go check him out! You won't be sorry.

After wasting lots of time at big companies like Jared, Zales, and even London Gold (AZ company), we finally came in contact with Eric. He called me returning a message even after he had closed for the day and invited us in immediately.Wife and I came with our own diamond and Eric helped us figure out the setting (engagement ring) and the two wedding bands.Even though we knew what we wanted, Eric used his expertise to help guide us on some important details. He ended up handcrafting our setting with custom prong work, and ordered our 2 wedding bands. After 3 weeks we were beyond amazed and excited.Never have had such a transparent and easy jewelry process. Huge thanks to Gemsetter and Co.
