Listen man i came in there to sell two of my ps4s with 2 working controllers but i didnt have the cords, ok. I said i was gonna buy two. And the worker tried to pull a fast one by saying it wasnt working and that the price was gonna go down but i came behind the counter to see and it instantly “worked” out of nowhere. So after that everything worked like expected except a button was pushed in a little which gave it a defect. And the other one had a hard drive piece missing. Then, the total for both ps4s slim was $36.10 total with one defect on each system. And he said they were selling the used ones for $160. He really tried it, wont be back though!?

Ryan and Taylee do an absolutely amazing job running this store! Nathan is always knowledgeable on any game it seems like! This will remain my permanent GameStop due to the employees at this location, thank you everyone for all the help and insight I get every time I go in!

Bought a refurbished ps5 from this location in July. At first I had problems with the system overheating sideways but now I've been having problems where the system overheats after 30 mins of use, irregardless of position or amount of fans i put front of system. I thought I purchased a warranty but when I called to double check the person working told me I returned my warranty ??? Then the same employee proceeded to try to get my to return my ps5 purchased from the same location for their Great Depression trade rates. I will never buy anything from this GameStop again.

Game stops online web site said they have new star trek Resurgence game for xbox in stock online instore drove from san tan valley asked the casher for the game the store didnt have it and said there not going to stock it

I was greeted right upon entering the store and asked if I needed any help. Despite taking a minute to browse, the friendly attendant came from behind the counter to recommend some JRPGs that I had never heard of before. I ended up walking out with a killer deal for a buy one get one free combo, and was given further guidance about an upcoming game title release from the store manager.The manager informed that the employee was new and on day 4 of training. They both did a great job today and earned favor with a newer customer.

Came in today to check out the fusion Xbox controller. Mikey was very helpful and even saved me $40. I was looking at the new series 3 fusion controller ($89) but he let me know they had a pre owned series 2 for half the price ($39). I decided to go with the used one seeing I wasn’t sure if i was gonna like the controller anyways.Mikey also let me know GameStop does price match if you can show the total with shipping on Amazon, Walmart , ect. I ending up not renewing my pro member account seeing they raised the price $10.I will definitely bring my business back to this location knowing Mikey is there and how great of a help he was today.

Previously held my money hostage on a pre-order, knowing I wouldn't be able to pick it up or otherwise cancel it in person. Now GameStop has cancelled my pro account, which I paid for the membership on, with no warning or realistic justification.

I came in trying to sell my PS5 that operates perfectly fine. The woman who was helping me was trying to scam me, she was telling me that my system was broken and wouldn’t read game disc, I asked her to try another game and I watched her insert the game in the system the wrong way so of course it wasn’t going to read the disc. When I told her she was putting it in incorrectly and to try it the right way she made me seem as if I were crazy and wouldn’t put the disc in the game the right way. I literally went to a GameStop 2 miles away and had no problem selling the console. I will be coming up there to report that worker, she says her name is “D” and I don’t believe her.
