Please STAY AWAY from these clueless guys. A simple oil change turned into hundreds of dollars in repairs. They stripped the oil pan thread, and my car leaked oil. I brought it back to them; the other clueless dude lifted the car and said it was fine, went back home, and it leaked again. I came back the next day, and another clueless, non-English-speaking dude lifted my car, and this time, he damaged the plastic flairs (the fender and the bottom one) because of the way he jacked up the car. I had to yell so he stops. He then looks at the oil plug and filter and says the same thing: 'No problem'. I asked him to take a photo using my phone, and we could clearly see oil leaking, but when I showed the photo to the semi-nglish speaking dude, he said, 'Not a problem, just extra oil'. The car kept leaking so I scheduled an appointment at the dealership.
I took the car to the dealer because it kept leaking in the garage. The dealer took a video and showed me how stripped the oil pan thread and the plug were. Several hundred dollars in repairs were needed, and the flairs alone cost $350 just for parts.
PLEASE, PLEASE go support your legitimate local auto shops.

Horrible place I went in for a price quote. And was forced to pay for repairs that I didn’t agree to in order to get my car released. On top of that they are extremely rude and unprofessional

Horrible service. Very shady. Price gauging to a next level. The owner charges you whatever price he’s feeling that day. If you get a quote before service he’ll knock it down to $40 a tire and if you take another vehicle the next day he’ll charge you $80 for the exact same service just because you assume he’ll charge you the same price he did the day before for the same service but when they run your card they double charge you. Never will I be taking any of my vehicles to this scammer again. Lost a business with a fleet of 23 trucks.

Went here to get new tires run as fast as you can from this place I bought tires and they only put two lug nuts on the front I could have lost my life driving and they were not willing to fix this issue I had to call Nissan dealer to get them done correctly

A mechanic named Roberto ruined my truck with some of the worst quality work. It has leather seats and since it took 2 months to be able to remove it, the inside of the truck was full of dirt because they never sawed the windows and he also left it full of toiletries. Since the leather seats were new, the woman in the office protected him. Please never take your vehicle to that place. He also did very poor quality work on my daughter's car and had to take them to another place. Be very careful. His name is Roberto. mechanic apart from the expensive price they charged me for my daughter's car and after just a week I started spraying jets of oil on my pick up until now and I'm wanting to get it going apart from a lot of scratches on the new paint and I have traces of how expensive it was. I charge Roberto and they have an oil tanker in a dirty place or it was a very great damage that they caused me in that place

I highly recommend this place I could not thank Balo enough! My tire valve stem was ripped off in an automatic car wash and they assisted me right before closing with no hesitation. These guys are very friendly and professional I am so thankful for their help being I am a new resident to Arizona I didn’t know who to call but I got lucky with this tire shop I was back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I’ll never bring another one of my cars here again. Paid for an alignment. Left and it was still turning so I came back. Then they said “well it looks like maybe you ran something over so it’s the best I can do”. Then they said bring it back. So I came back in two weeks and they said sorry we’re busy come back in a few days but I couldn’t cuz I was busy so I come back in another two weeks and “you’ll have to come back our alignment guy isn’t here” so I come back in a week (same story several times)…now it’s like 2 months and I’ve come back many times and they say “oh well the back wheels don’t have the option to align them to we can do nothing” … so you couldn’t have told me that before you charged me? Just beating around the bush they can’t give me a good answer I’ll take all my business elsewhere and I restore cars (I just don’t do alignments) and I go through a lot of tires and alignments and someone else will be happy to earn my business and make several thousand a year off me. The worst oil exchange service. Don't go here. Asked for 25 dollars when I entered the door, and at the end, they asked for 30 dollars. The main problem is that it took the workers two hours to find where the oil filter was. After reinstalling the board ,they found that two screws were left. Are you fxxxx kidding me ???
