Policy of FYE says that they are able to price match. I ask for a price match on one of the figures they have, and the employee directly tells me ‘we buy the figures to mark them up and resell, so we can’t price match.’ Just went online and bought the EXACT figure for half price.

Very limited selection of music and all the collectables being overpriced. Staff didn't acknowledge me, as they sat and talked with each other. Never coming back.

Employee offered me some VIP sign up and told me it “cost nothing” but then I get charged for a VIP membership a month later. I assumed when the employee told me that it “cost nothing” that it was some sort of rewards program and not an actual membership. The little packet she gave me has been in a drawer since last month. Pulled it out and sure enough, the employee conned me into some paid membership I didn’t want. Get better.

I loved all the anime and records they had in there but the records I wanted weren't there😒 but overall I loved shopping there with my mum and nana! I got a couple of t-shirts, a poster and a blanket! Although I wanted to apply here they said that I had to be 18.

Idiot lady who worked these when I went around 2:30 set stuff on top of my vinyl record recklessly. What a zombie pay attention who tf sets something heavy on a vinyl. Never coming back

Unfortunately this kind of merchandise feels oversaturated at this mall but it was comparable in selection, quality, & service to the others here.

I bought a Senator Mendoza action figure from McBain as seen on the Simpsons. Yes, that's right, Mendoza himself. To paraphrase: "Just do one thing for me....get.. Mendoza." "Mendoza!!!!!!" For this alone, you get five stars.
