Horrible service. Came in Thurs 6/6 to pick up prescription. Pharmacy tech says it’s too soon to fill but would be ready the next day - Fri 6/6. Friday is day 27 since the last fill. She assured me they would automatically refill it Friday. I return Friday and tech who looks like he’d rather die than be working there tells me it can’t be filled until Sunday (day 29). Never waited more than 27 days so that seems odd. So I call. Reach another female tech who keeps talking over me and putting me on hold before I can ask a question. Then she says she’ll get me to the actual pharmacist. Pharmacist picks up and says “hello?” Not ..this is the pharmacist…or …how can I help you…her name…or anything. She barely speaks English. Thick accent. Keeps talking over me again. Of course I’m getting frustrated. Every time I start sounding the slightest bit frustrated she stops and says…I don’t appreciate the way you are talking to me. Continues to talk over me…making me more frustrated. I didn’t say anything rude or yell. Just asking factual questions about why it’s not ready and when it will be ready. Again she says she doesn’t appreciate the way I’m speaking to her….which I still don’t understand. They are in the wrong and I wasn’t being rude. Finally I said ok, but I sure hope it’s ready in the morning when she promised (my 3rd trip), and she just said “bye” and hung up on me. Horrible service. There is obviously no customer service training going on at this pharmacy. Since this is not the first time this has happened, I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere, and I recommend that you do too.

Why are their "personal vibrators" displayed in front of the house pharmacy? I was forced to have a conversation with my 8 year old way earlier than I should've had too. Thanks for nothing. I will go to Bashas for now on.

I have been a customer of this store since it opened. Large store with a great selection. Since the beginning of 2023, they have had employment issues. The store is constantly dirty, shelves are not stocked for weeks, employees opening complaint about management, and today there was a line of over 15 people waiting to check out at 7:30am because all the cashiers called out sick. They only had three self check outs open. I would highly recommend going to another grocery store as it is evident that this store is poorly managed and no one seems to care. Very disappointed as a fry's customer of over 9 years.

This fry's is a shell of its former self. When it initially opened, it was amazing,with the bar area,outside the box food choices,clean, and well laid out. Now they seem intent on competing with the likes of winco,walmart,aldi, etc. At least once a week ,something I buy is either stale,old,or wilted.. Meat isn't any better. For a store less than 10 years old,it has really gone downhill. Especially in the last 4 years, it's gone from an "upscale" location to a grab and go warehouse. I guess if your looking for Whitelaw and wings, this is your place.

Well, I was there on my way back from the clinic. They said they need 2 hours to prepare. Then I went back home, after about one hour, I got a message from them at 12:46. I was there 13:05. They said they were on the lunch break until 13:30. If they have told me on the message they will be on the lunch break. I won’t be there and wait for almost half hour.

I've been coming here for quite a while now, and while I like fry's, I like the VIP thing, the discounts, etc, I gotta say this store in particular has a problem with cleanliness and freshness. It's never bothered me before until I saw this. When you have these kind of quality control issues with your own brand, it's time to get it together. So, sorry to put you on blast fry's but be better!

Not my favorite Fry's even though it is near my home. They close earlier now and I like to go in later in the evening. Last time I was in there with 30 minutes left before they closed, they had someone on the PA telling everyone that the registers would be shut off at closing time. They want you out of there store BEFORE closing time. Definitely did not get the feeling that my business was more important than closing on time.

The rudest pharmacy tech around. You would think they would be a little bit more friendly especially to a new customer. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Blonde stringy hair female tech was extremely rude and not helpful at all and was annoyed on any questions I asked. You think she would have let me know a script for 90 days was only for 30 pills instead of the normal 90.

Love fryes but hate this location. Asked an employee for help, I believe her name is Tamra, and she was the opposite from helpful and just straight up rude to me. Just go to the location on riggs.

This was my favorite frys and I would drive a little out of the way just to come here but now they are just making a regular boring frys. Changed the store around moving everything and getting rid of the nice flow. I see now they are removing the bar also. To bad this use to be a nice modern store. Not no more, now it's just longer isles of junk food.

Just picked up my ClickList order and got moldy strawberries. Why would anyone select this and think that it would be ok? Like no one would notice the mold! So disgusting! Then AGAIN, I will waste my time speaking with a manager on the phone just so they can ask me if I would like to go back up to another one...with the gas prices it's not even worth it!!! This is not the first time this has happened, but it's happened so many times that now I feel like I need to leave a review. This is unacceptable! And if none of the strawberries looked good THEN JUST DON'T ADD IT TO THE CLICKLIST ORDER!!! I'd rather have no strawberries than this crap that was picked for me.

I took my mom here today and at the check out the young man who was bagging groceries left abruptly and went to another stand as soon as it was our turn to check out. Idk if this was a case of discrimination because we were the only people of color in the store but my mom is elderly and I am 9 months pregnant and I have never had to bag my own groceries at a Fry's in my life. The cashier even said I did a good job bagging them as if it was an appropriate compliment to make. 0/10 would recommend.

So i went to this location around 10:30pm and a female employee with a short brown wig on was VERY VERY RUDE to me telling me that i had to get the F**k out of the store because they were closed and i wasn't supposed to be inside (doors were open and store open till 11pm) i said but on Yelp and on the sign out front it stayed open till 11pm and she raised her voice saying to get the F**k out. Y'all really need to fire this disrespectful person. Very disappointed in the "service" here and will probably never come back after this.

Terrible customer service. I bought a sale item and after I checked the receipt, I realized that I didn't get the discount advertised. They charged me $14.99 but it was supposed to be $9.99. I know a $5 difference doesn't seem like much but it's about the principle of the situation. I asked the nearest checker if I could get a refund and showed him the picture of the sale item and he said that his manager wouldn't allow it. I spoke with the assistant manager Nicole and she told me I'd have to come in the next day to get a refund because their customer service was closed. I didn't know you could close customer service?? Every other grocery store on the planet offers customer service if the store is open. I'm really upset with Fry's as they broke my trust and lost my business. If this is how Fry's really operates, I am very appalled by their standards. I would love to get an apology from Nicole and Jack and a full refund for my chocolates.
