The Asian lady at the Pharmacy is so rude look in the system to see who can pick stuff up and has power of attorney info is in their system she always has a bad attitude I have been doing business with this location for years and they know my husband can't come in she was just being a jerk to be a jerk her name is chantrey and she needs to learn how to look things up in their system without the bad attitude she has every time I have to deal with her all the other techs are polite and so is the Pharmacist wow get a new job if you don't like what you are doing

The pharmacist on site is a Psychopath. Wanted to charge me over $300 for a $16 prescription because they are fighting with GoodRx right now. He said he knew another discount coupon that he would accept but wouldn't tell me what it was. I had to go to a different Fry's and the tech there was very helpful.. Can't wait for these Pharmacist clowns to be replaced with an app like they should have been years ago.. He should lose his license as it's pretty likely he has murdered quite a few patients with his attitude by now.

Bagels are now 99 cents each, but it seems they added a Baco- Cheddar version which was good. I had no toaster, but might be even better toasted.

Every time I come here the last 18 months, the prices never ring up correctly. Check your receipt! Customer service has been friendly and quickly refunds the difference, but what a hassle. It's happened so often, I'm starting to wonder if it's on purpose. A dollar here, a dollar there, with all their customers that likely don't notice, I bet it adds up to a big profit.

So I went in to pharmacy to get my wife syringe. Becase she is Diabetic. When I walked up I rudely told no and What's 20 questions about where are my wife gets her insulin. They look me up and down refused to help me .then they insinuated that I was a junkie. So I asked for the manger. The manger tried to get me away from the front of the store and tried to hush me becase I was talking and he didn't like what I was saying then laughed at me when I said he me wife needs this. Don't shop here I was gonna go Grocery shopping but I want support his business any longer.becase if you need meds they will insult you. Not be helpful at all don't support this company

Pharmacy technician with very heavy accent is RIDICULOUSLY rude and very snappy when i call in every month. She has a clear attitude filled tone in her voice when speaking with me. Just got off the phone with her and before i could finish saying thank you for helping me fill my prescriptions, she responded “Ok Bye” and abruptly hung up on me. She continues to be rude monthly when i call in.

I have been getting the same monthly prescriptions EVERY month for YEARS… never missed a month because I HAVE to take these meds or I will get sick. It is now the 5th day of them having my prescriptions that I have confirmed receipt of them (on Tuesday). And I also confirmed there isn’t issues with the prescriptions both with the pharmacy and the doctor. They told me that they are slammed because of the vaccinations and being short staffed. And my prescriptions might, MIGHT get filled on Sunday. SO DISAPPOINTING! And I feel so HELPLESS and Stuck at their MERCY. It is now the weekend so I have to wait until Monday to get doctor back involved. And I am SICK because they are pretty much withholding my meds! ! ! For no good reason other than being short staffed and busy..!!!! Now I have to go into work feeling not well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. And you better believe I will change pharmacies next month.
