The chubby older lady probably 60 years old with long greasy gray hair and the southern accent has got to be the most miserable person in the world and I will never again stop at this gas station. I used to stop there quite a bit on my way to work in the morning but since she's been there I now go out of my way to go anywhere but there and will continue to do so until she is no longer with their company in a position to interact with customers. Every single morning you walk in and she's complaining about somebody or something or about her work schedule or talking to one of the younger people that work there asking them to trade days with her hey lady if you hate your job that much get a new one! You literally have one job to do if a customer asks you for a store card give them a store card without an attitude don't huff and puff like it's an inconvenience to have to do what you're getting paid to do. The majority of the time I've stopped there if she hasn't given me an attitude she's given the person in front of me and attitude I go out of my way to make sure I go to the line with someone else even if it's longer to have to not deal with someone like that. I really don't think it's the way anybody wants to start their day. You are a gas station selling commodities, you don't offer the lowest price, so you better either be the most convenient or have friendly people working there or you will continue to chase away potential customers and it also means that instead of it being convenient for me to stop there and get gas and do my grocery shopping after work on some occasions I won't be doing that either anymore. So I hope this employee of yours is worth whatever she's getting paid, but I personally don't see how she is adding any value to your company and I see ample reasons she is detracting from it. Management can feel free to reach out to me to talk specific examples if they would like to do so and I'll be happy to tell you about numerous interactions between either her and I or between her and other people I have witnessed in the last few weeks alone.

Absolutely terribly slow pumps here. Easily the worst in the valley. 10 gallons took more than 15 minutes to pump! I couldn't even finish my fill-up. Consistently the slowest pumps.

I frequent this gas station but rarely go inside to pay with cash. I was running late for work this morning and only had $5 on me.Remy was the associate that checked me out. As I’m paying she begins laughing in my face. Muttering “pfff… five dollars,” as I’m walking out the door.Look, I know it’s not a lot of gas. I’m just a student trying to get back & forth from work… And here I am being belittled for it.This is the most egregiously rude behavior I have ever experienced in this kind of setting. Remy is clearly a very judgmental person and not fit for a customer service job.
