I shop here occasionally and always find the store clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are helpful and polite. However when I use the self checkout I’ve interacted with Pablo, who is consistently rude and condescending to customers. I avoid this man and I wasn’t surprised when I saw him square up with an elderly woman who was simply having issues using her coupons. She asked him to step back when talking to her and he responded, “Would you like to speak with a manager?” I could see she was becoming upset. I dread asking this man for any assistance.

I was shopping with my friend and came by a sample stand with cherries. He asked us to sample and he asked to take a photo for his “promotional manager” we both said no but he whipped out his camera and took a photo of us eating the cherries. We are both teenage girls and a grown man took a photo of us without our consent. His explanation seemed convincing but the more we thought about it the more fake it seemed. We talked to a few employees and asked if we could talk to the “promotional manager” and the staff said there was no such thing. We talked to the assistant manager and she said the employee should not have been talking photos of us and something like that is unheard of. The man looked in his young thirties and tanned. Looks like The Weekend!! He better get fired.

Zaynah at the front is killing it with her customer service.
Helped me out a lot and was really nice even when she was swamped with multiple people needing her all at once.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered deli trays one week ago and still waiting over 30 minutes and counting to get my food! DO NOT order from here if you need food on time. So far one tray of 4 came out and brought one that I didn’t order. Appalled by lack of customer service at this store! The one tray that came out looked like a 2 year old put it together!
I’ve been waiting 45 minutes so far with only 1 item of 4 done. The gentleman next to me has been well over an hour. Don’t bother complaining to customer service because they don’t care!!

NEED BETTER WORKERS.. simply just went in to get some ice cream. There was a worker down the same lane with the ice cream restocking it. I did think I was in his way but he thought so and seemed irritated.. was it because we wanted ice cream at 9:30? I don't know. But THROW the ice cream restock in front of me while I was wearing sandals is insane. While I was checking out, I past two female works literally just on their phones. I could of just walked out with the ice cream and they wouldn't have noticed. It's late at night but the laziness is crazy. Y'all get on a check out lane and do something.

The whole point of being able to pick up my groceries and not have to go into the store is for the convenience and to save time. I had to wait 20 minutes today they have my groceries brought out to me. There is a full line of cars and only one person bringing groceries out, that seems unacceptable to me

We purchased a large amount of food at this location this evening. NO CASHIERs were at the checkout lanes. ONLY the stupid self checkout. THE employees stood around and watched my spouse do the self checkout. If this is the way FRYS wants to do business, they just lost another customer. They could have help and decided not to do so. Moving business to another food vendor.

Had to return to this location because I stopped by last evening to do a return and was told by Mathew there was nobody in the store who could do a return for me. That I needed to come back today after 8am. When I come back to complete my return I find Mathew running the customer service center. Once it was my turn in line he had zero issues processing my return. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from Frys. There was zero reason to lie to me last night. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MATTHEW'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can do better Frys.

I come to this fry’s quite often to shop and I’m appalled by the service I’m just the DELI. Waited in deli to get meat sliced and I had three workers who completely ignored me. A native girl, a guy named Braden and another Caucasian ginger. Not one approached or told me they would be right with me they continued to talk and laugh. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fry’s . I had to have a manager come up to help me with literally 2 small Items that took 2 seconds. Braden had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen very arrogant and privileged. You can tell he’s young and will get his wake up call one day. I will be contacting corporate about my experience. The least they could have done was greeted me and told me that they would be with me, I was completely ignored and it takes 3 people to continue orders and not approach the counter? That’s insane. If they weren’t so busy talking amongst themselves, which they’re not being paid to do, and help the customers maybe they wouldn’t be so slow and behind on orders. I’ve seen 1 person work a deli in fry’s faster and more efficient. Absolutely unbelievable.

My wife placed an order this morning, She then drove to the store at 1pm which was the appointed time, but it wasn't ready. They told her to come pick it up between 4 and 5pm, which she could not do, so I went for her at 4:40. They told me that order wasn't ready and that I'd have to come back. We only ordered a few items, so I told the guy that I'd wait. An hour later, after every other car in the pickup isles had come and gone multiple times, I started to walk in to find out what the heck was taking it so long. Just then, then the guy came out of the door with my order. I could have gone into the store and shopped for everything on the very short list and been gone 40 minutes sooner if I had just done it myself.

I will no longer shop with this Frys (occotillo and gilbert) after witnessing extremely rude and seemingly unwarranted treatment of employees by a manager. This occurred on January 22, 2024 in the early afternoon.

Horrible team. I had to wait for 30 minutes for dry icy. Somebody in that store took the key and went outside and surprisingly nobody else hit the freezer key. How can you be so irresponsible, managing such a big store and your don’t have simply common sense to handle the store properly. I need badly dry ice and the store has it but it took 30mins because somebody took the key and went somewhere else.

My local frys. Is a great store as long as you know what you want and how to find it
