Zaynah at the front is killing it with her customer service.
Helped me out a lot and was really nice even when she was swamped with multiple people needing her all at once.

The whole point of being able to pick up my groceries and not have to go into the store is for the convenience and to save time. I had to wait 20 minutes today they have my groceries brought out to me. There is a full line of cars and only one person bringing groceries out, that seems unacceptable to me

I will no longer shop with this Frys (occotillo and gilbert) after witnessing extremely rude and seemingly unwarranted treatment of employees by a manager. This occurred on January 22, 2024 in the early afternoon.
