Can someone please explain how the computer overcharging me on a several items every time I shop here is any different than me not paying for a couple of them?oops cpu error sorry about that no harm no foul?

After 40+ years of being loyal customers of Fry's/ Kroger we are done shopping at their locations. We have compared the prices between Fry's/Kroger and Wal-Mart, and Winco. Wal-Mart and Winco are both cheapest, and have fresher fruits veggies and produce and better customer service as well.
The political and cultural beliefs of the company also is a factor as well.

I was very displeased with my visit this past Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 1015 in your produce department. I did not get the gentleman's name in the produce department, but his professionalism and behavior towards my son, mother and myself was unacceptable. I was putting back some organic strawberries and some of the strawberries came out of the packaging. I was placing them back when this man quickly said to me, "Don't be touching those strawberries and putting them back." I informed him I was fixing them because they had fallen out. He quickly replied, " those strawberries aren't organic anymore since you touched them." I was in shock at his response. I felt humiliated, disrespected and felt his comments were racist. I was processing the moment and realized he was very unprofessional and racist for him telling me this. I didn't say anything to him and left. I checked out and informed the nice lady who was in charge of the self check out. I also spoke to the front end manager and informed her about the incident. I don't know her name, but she informed me she would talk to the gentleman. The lady was African American wearing a suns shirt. Very nice and professional lady. I just wanted to give you this information to make sure no one else goes through what I went through. I also have worked at grocery store and was never rude to my customers. I know what customer service is all about. I am also a registered nurse and wouldn't treat my patients the way this man did. I am a valued customer who's been shopping at Frys for many years as you can see from my membership. I hope this man is reprimanded for his behavior.

We’ve been shopping at this Fry’s for years, but they seem not be covering shifts well anymore. Stockers seem to be plenty, but cashiers and courtesy clerks are almost always short. Would love to see them staff better again!

i love fry’s due to the fact they always have greats deals + the freshest produce compared to other places! i wish they had a deli though at this location. the staff is nice but there is hardly ever employees in the day or night as i’m a frequent customer, it can take a good 10-20 minute wait in line. i would recommend if you’re a patient person!

Not my usual store, so the layout isn't terribly comfortable for me. The store and personnel seem okay, just not as warm and familiar.

My neighborhood Fry's has always gone above and beyond for me. One day I was sick and one of the employees brought me my groceries because I was unable to walk home. I save so much on my groceries. They send me coupons that I actually use every week. I really love this Fry's.

Friendly staff and shelfs stocked with goods, a Normal frys store. I had No issues here. We shop here alot, that's why I gave 5 stars.
