The last 5 times I’ve placed a pickup order I’ve received a text that the store is behind and the order is late. There is never any follow up. I cancelled my order today after receiving no communication for an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. Their solution was “cancel it or wait until it’s done” - But they never know when that is.

This is my neighborhood grocery place that offers rewards for gas and other "Best Customer" bonuses. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple employees that watch me extra close at the self checkout like I'm a known thief. I try to use the actual checkout lines if I have more than a few items because of this.

Pickup here is total trash. After checking in I waited 20 minutes with nobody swinging over. I went to the door to ask what was up they had no clue about my order. I showed them my phone where it clearly stated the they had my order and they would be here shortly.
They have no clue how to run this place. Will do Walmart pickup for now on.

They only carry certain things and aren't allowed to order certain things not even allowed to call another store to get things that they don't Carry

This store really seems to struggle with space and item management. To the point where tripping hazards are created, or shoppers have difficulty navigating around box pallets and poorly placed item wracks that complete hinder a proper flow. I've seen people get upset and mouthy with each other all over frustration with layout

I came in a day ago and used the self checkout next to Starbucks. The clerk, Lisa was rude. I know it's her job to watch so things go smoothly and shoplifting doesn't occur. But don't hover behind me and stare you didn't do that to the other customers. I looked at her name tag before leaving and she got defensive that I said her name. And mumbled something when i turned around. But hey! everyone has a grumpy day??♀️

Terrible customer service experience. First I get to the counter. One woman greets me in a way that made her seem irritated I was there. Then the other asks me what I need. I chuckled and very politely said "sorry, not sure who I should speak to" (and I didn't mean it in a rude way, I was serious but laughed about it). The one says it'll be her, but the other (Diann) asked if she's still clocked in. They then go back and forth for a moment while I'm standing there unsure of who is doing what. Unfortunately I get stuck with Diann... this was September 21st around 1:30pm. Reason I was there, their digital coupon didn't come off, even though it was clipped. We literally scanned the bar code on the for sale sign/sticker. Even after getting home, upon seeing it was $9 and not $4, my mom opened the app and saw it was already clipped. So I come to get the $5 returned, but the woman says she needs to see it was clipped. Told her no one has ever required that before (which I only said because her attitude was immediately "off") and also that it's my mom's account so that isn't possible. She said she "couldn't" do it without that. So I then explained it wouldn't matter anyways because for all she knows I could have just clipped it two seconds ago. So she again repeated herself. She had an attitude the entire time even though I remained polite until she repeated herself the second time. Clearly she just wanted a sense of power. The attitude wasn't necessary. I knew the coupon amount and what other products it was paired with. Clearly I'm not lying. I also have an entire receipt from that time period filled with over a dozen digital coupons. So clearly I bought it during the time of the coupon. I will not be going back to this location. I had even planned to do some shopping today but was so irritated by her stuck up power hungry attitude that I left after returning the item and went to Winco off of Arizona Ave. Could have just given me the $5 I was owed and also made over $180. Instead Fry's lost nearly $9 for the return and didn't make a penny because I took my business elsewhere. Train your employees better. This isn't the first time I've encountered an older woman with a shit attitude at Fry's. I'm not sure what it is, but the women who work there have the worst attitudes of any store I shop at. It's more negative experiences with employees than good. That's why I'm finally writing a review. If this was a one off, whatever. But unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with a Fry's employee having a poor attitude. Hire some secret shoppers and put them through some tasks (a return like this, asking them to check the back for a product, etc) and maybe remind people that they're not there to feel a sense of power over others. If a customer is being kind, be kind in return and help them. Crazy concept, I know, but it is their job after all...

Your pickup service is absolutely horrible and you do nothing to fix it! So many times I have come on my scheduled time to pick up and have been waiting 45 mins or you tell me when I get there that my order is not ready. You have horrible reviews at this store and yet you continue to allow this type o customer service! Shame on you Frys!

I have problems shopping here every single time. No one under 25 years old takes their job seriously here. They’re “short staffed” and can’t get their pick up grocery time estimates met but if you go inside the boys are grouped up chatting about sports. Maybe make them work for the position they’re hired into to make the store function better? This store is a disaster and it’s obviously poorly managed.

As others have said, this store is horribly managed, especially when it comes to pick up orders. Don’t ever expect your order to be ready in the time period you choose, and only ever expect one person to be working. I have no idea what the managers of this store are thinking only ever seeming to have one person on pickup- it’s an absolute disaster. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the employees are nice at least… too bad they work under some of the worst store management I’ve ever seen.

Do not shop at this location, Or use their pick up service. Too many delays with no notice of delays. Today I ordered supplies to pick up between 3-4 pm, only to arrive after following directions for pick up to let them know i was on my way to show up and be told to come back in an hour, come back in an hour and told to come back two hours that they were still far behind. Gave them and extra hour to be safe and arrive at 7pm, 4 hours after promised times only to be told to come back tomorrow with no times available. Very poorly managed store, please be warned to shop elsewhere.

This store consistently misses the scheduled pickup time for online orders. My order is supposed to be ready at 1. They call and say to not come until 3. Arrive at 3 and some guy saunters out and says order is not ready. Come back at 4 ?. Last time I ordered here it was the same song and dance. I arrive at the time the order is supposed to be ready and the gal tells me to come back in an hour.
