Clarissa is amazing!! She’s was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. In just 20 short minutes she was able to set up an entirely new account for 3 people and 2 vehicles at a really low cost. Best experience we’ve ever had in dealing with car insurance. We will continue to come to her location on Arizona Ave and Warner and refer many friends and family to do the same. My elderly parents who moved here recently from out of state were also able to get a fantastic rate for their vehicle also receiving excellent customer service at Clarissa”s office. Thanks again for an incredibly smooth and satisfactory experience!

Calling this place is always the worst. This last time I called to get a quote I was hung up on several times, they never called back either. My 4th time calling I was fortunate enough to get someone who actually new what they were doing. Clarissa was amazing. She apologized for the horrible service I experienced before her and made it all worth it. She took her time listened to what I needed and helped me as best as she can. Freeway needs to educate the workers a lil bit more in customer service, have Clarissa train them. Thank you Clarissa for making things better and actually helping me.
