This is the worst service I have ever received. I was told by a different dealership that they may have the airbag that I need. I call back in July and scheduled it to August 8th being told that my advisor would call. It wasn't in so I canceled that appointment. Didn't hear from my advisor until August 16th stating it will be at the end of August. I kept checking up being told now that it is going to be in October. But find out that it came in on the 28th of August and I missed my appointment. It's kind of hard to miss an appointment if no one calls to let you know the part came in. And now they decided not to communicate with each other they order me another airbag. I have a distinct feeling that they gave the one they originally ordered to someone else.

Drove 2 hours to look the 2018 Audi A4, called in advance twice to make sure the car would be ready for a test drive and to be looked at. Both times during the call I was told that the car would be ready and that it was heading into detailing. Upon arrival we were told the car wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. Do not waste your time here very unprofessional and lack communication skills.

Easiest hassle free car buying I’ve ever experienced! Saw a car online and BreeAnn at Freeway Chevrolet made the whole experience a piece of cake.
She even had the car delivered to me.

Buyers Beware!!!
My first time going to this dealership & the last time I’ll be doing business with them. I bought a used vehicle. Yes, there are some flaws & overall not disappointed with the vehicle. However, it’s my experience with this dealership that killed the joy of buying a car. First, we were there for over 7 hrs. The salesman & finance person we were dealing with had only been working there for 2-3 months & had to go to their supervisors multiple times. I had been pre-approved with my bank & of course the dealership tries to get you to finance with GM Financials. They stated how I would never get a better deal than I am with GM. Two times they explained to me about my credit & how I wouldn’t get a better deal. I am aware of my credit & didn’t need a lecture. For my pre-approval I needed a couple of documents & they did not provide them to me. Once they knew who I was pre-approved with, they contacted the bank & told me I was never approved. Then proceeded to submit a new loan application with my bank & it was denied (of course) because I already had an open pre-approved loan. The salesman & finance officer stated they were speaking with the “head” finance guy & were able to get my loan approved. I should’ve walked out then because there were multiple red flags. Going behind my back to my bank & submitting a new loan. They didn’t want to provide me with the documents I requested so I could get it back to my loan officer. After talking with my bank & reviewing the final add-ons, there were some packages that were added but they didn’t review it with me. One being a theft/road side assistance, I had told the finance officer why would I need it when my insurance covers that. The day we arrived & test drove two vehicles, the team we dealt with were helpful & offered us drinks & snacks but when we tried to return the vehicle, their whole demeanor changed. We were greeted by our salesman then he walked away. They had to page him. We waited probably 15 minutes or so before he finally came back but this time with the finance officer. I would think twice about doing business with them.
