Great, high quality leather goods and jewelry. Mary helped sell us some watches today. She was very helpful and sized them perfectly for us. Her customer service was amazing. We were able to find a great deal and she even had the watches engraved for us. The engraving is what makes Fossil very special. We got some very great jewelry and watches and a great experience thanks to Mary.

CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! I have been a Fossil watch lover for many years, and a customer of this particular store since I moved to Arizona 3 years ago.Usually I would give 5 stars, however I am extremely livid that Madi, unknowingly to me, sold me an opened box, used smart watch with no charger!I purchased two watches, one for myself and one for my husband, a leather belt and I also purchased two silicone watch bands. One to replace the pink band for my new watch and one to replace leather band for my current Skagen hybrid watch I was wearing.Madi opened my husband’s watch because the band had came off in the box and she wanted to show me how easy it was to replace the band. She then helped me replace my band on my current watch. I did’t check my new watch in the bag. I mean, it’s new, why would I have to! Right? WRONG!I just got home from dinner, excited to open my new watch and there is no plastic to unwrap, no tags to peal off, and no charger!

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. Great store, and they have a big selection. The leather products here are very high quality and the watches are great. I'll keep buying watches here!

I went to repair one of my old watches and Blake was a great help. He went over their new smart watches in which they are GORGEOUS watches. But I have been with a smart watch since the first Samsung one and it is time to go back to classic watches. I selected a gold band medium size gold face watch for myself. It looks amazing and for the price you can't beat it. I will be back ... thank you Blake and co-worker. 3/28/2023 Don't forget they do engravings but at the cost of all sales final. It's worth it!

The service and overall experience used to be great and worth 5 stars, but this location has since hired girls with sticks in their nose so you already know where this is going... I went in for a battery replacement and instead left with a scratched watch and a tin can lid full of scratches. The scratches on my tin can didn't exist before the girls took it to do the battery replacement. The scratches were there when the watch was returned with a new battery. The watch also had scratches when it was returned including the part of the watch that rests on the wrist. How does that even get scratched? I expect that if I buy a Fossil watch for $150 that it be handled carefully.

Customer experience is second to none. Went to have a battery replaced and completed it in a short period of time. Unfortunately, I had left a shopping bag there. When I returned the following day, they were very helpful and returned it to me. Other stores I called searching for it were certainly not as helpful and kind. Really appreciated all their help.
