I called Renee late in the day to help me send flowers to my daughter on a special occasion that I could not forget! Even though it was late in the day, she had my order done in just a couple minutes. The delivery driver took extra time to make sure the flowers were delivered when my daughter was home to prevent them from sitting out in the hot sun! Excellent service and customer care! I recommend them to everyone! They will be doing all of my flower orders in the future!!

I called and requested a bouquet of cut flowers to be deliered in the area. Within a couple of hours, the recipient received a very beautiful bouquet! I am so pleased with the service and product from Flowers by Renee. I highly recomend!

What a disappointment !! I sent a floral arrangement to a dear friend for her birthday and the online picture looks very different from the original arrangement. In my opinion it does not look as tasteful and classy. I thought that for the price, the arrangement would be much nicer. Buyer beware of what you see online. looks like a cheap version of original, will never buy from them again.

I cannot praise and recommend flowers by Renee enough. We went in looking for a specific arrangement for funeral flowers, and they were able to execute our vision. The flowers and spray we received were even better than what we had expected. Flowers by Renee went above and beyond by presenting multiple options to us, while also being compassionate during a difficult time of loss. I appreciate the honesty and transparency during the consultation. The floral artist make their bouquets with love, and it shows.

So I was working an entire pop up stand event, and the owner or manager was extremely rude and treated me like gum on the bottom of her shoe... Talk about customer service yikes ...

We have been using Flowers by Renee for years. They used to be the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets that lasted longer than any flowers I ever received. The last couple of deliveries arrived in full bloom, which, as you can imagine, don't last as long. The flowers that came on Valentines Day this year were beautiful, robust, long-stem roses, but I knew they wouldn't last more than a few days because the red roses were in full bloom. Since this was the second time in a row this happened, I called to express my concern. I got a long explanation about how they spend a lot of money on their flowers and on and on about their hardship. I'm sorry, but we've spent a lot of money at this place over the past five years. They swapped them out late the following day for some puny roses that were not nearly as elegant. The red AND yellow were in full bloom, the stems were smaller in dimension and much shorter. Personally, if I'm trying to keep business coming my way, I'm going to make every effort to blow my clients away the next time around. For the money we've spent here and having given this florist the opportunity to make things right, I am thoroughly disappointed. These are not inexpensive bouquets. Photos show first batch of glorious roses with the reds in full bloom and second batch with red and yellow in full bloom and the quality of the roses are not nearly as nice as the first. I didn't get photos of the stems in the vase, but the second batch only goes halfway down the vase and they were parched by day three due to not enough water. I didn't realize until they began to wither away that some of the stems were up so high they weren't getting water. The photos were taken the same day the flowers were received. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Phenomenal experience, expectations exceeded. Couldn't have asked for more. The bouquet of flowers was exquisite. I will be going back here for my flower and florist needs. Nice to know I have a good florist near me.

ABSOLUTELY Buy from this shop. I have worked with them for many years from out of state for flowers for my family in the east Valley. They have ALWAYS been professional, friendly, listen to requests and provide gorgeous products. My sister just saw what was sent for my mother’s 89 birthday and commented “ ……the arrangement is the most beautiful one I have ever seen it has the most unique flower in the middle. Mom is going to call the florist tomorrow to find out what it is.”. What more could you ask?

You guys did it again !! From my sister upon seeing what was delivered " ...., the arrangement is the most beautiful one I have ever seen it has the most unique flower in the middle. Mom is going to call the florist tomorrow to find out what it is.". What more could you ask for when you say please make sure it's special? Make sure you engage with them and let them know why you want what you want.

I placed an online order a week prior to delivery date. I called to see if the flowers were delivered day off, and the owner Renee told me she would have to look into it because she didn’t know what happened. She said it was an error on their end and would get them out the next day and make them “prettier”. The flowers didn’t get delivered until 3 days after the delivery date. I called back to ask for a refund and Renee was immediately rude to me, yelling at me that she would have her back with me after Christmas. She talked over me telling me not to argue with her, I was calm and asked her to “please let me finish”, she said I’m not giving you a refund but I will give you a partial store credit. I again tried to explain we didn’t want a store credit, the flowers were 3 days late with no follow up to tell me they were never delivered. She continued to yell at me and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR FOLLOW UP…& this was the owner!
