I was suppose to get a package deliver 5/13 got delayed for 5/14 got delayed again 5/15. I called and a supervisor told me that on 5/14 the driver that attempt to made the delivery didn’t even have my package loaded in the truck as the supervisor had contacted this facility and verified it. Sketchy AF.

Most pathetic company on the planet. Can’t talk to human don’t know whether they can help you with the package drop off. Customer service is down the toilet these days.

just dropped my packages from standing w no care how much they weighed. crushed the bottom package. great job guys.
