Man, I never expect 10/10 customer service but that old dude in the front is some piece of work. God forbid the Inconvenience of your job. If you hate the job and people that much I don’t think customer service is the place for you bud.

Is this Cal’s first day on the job? Early on in our conversation I let him know this was my first time shipping a package with FedEx. Despite this, he proceeded to be very condescending and rude the entire time we spoke.
Had I not been obligated to use FedEx for this shipment, I would have gone elsewhere. It’s a shame that he represents this location because the other gentleman I spoke with was very kind and informative.

Cal is very rude and unprofessional.
I had to teach him how to do the job and then when done I respectfully told him “ you don’t need to be aggressive to me” then he walked away like a child. So disappointing since the rest of them are more professional

very large Print & Ship Center. Clean inside and has counter space to package and prepare your shipment.
Had sufficient supplies on hand to prepare packaging. Friendly worker during my transaction. They have 2 purchase counter areas. I was in the wrong lane but the worker called me over. The other worker ignored and did not acknowledge so maybe she was busy.
Would come back due to convenience and supplies on hand to assist.

These guys went above and beyond my expectations when we needed to print out a memorial poster and a bunch of funeral program cards. They even cut them to size for us, which saved me a bunch a time. Thanks!!!

Bought an overpriced passport from FedEx, thinking that it would be worth it so that I could get assistance from them as I filled it out. I called to ask a couple basic questions and the man who answered the phone had an attitude and did not want to help me. He just kept telling me that they’re not trained annd I need to call the support number which I couldn’t even find the number to and he surely didn’t assist me trying to find it either. I understand that this might not be their area of expertise, but at least try to point me in the right direction instead of telling me it’s not fedex’s problem after charging me a crazy amount of money. He seemed irritated to even be taking my phone call. Don’t buy a passport from here just go straight to the post office.

My visit at this location was excellent and very informative! I learned a lot about the stuff I was shipping and regarding future shipments. I was much impressed when I was coming in the second time with a package and one of your representatives who is wheeling out a very tall load of packages stopped to see if I needed help With my package! They are awesome at this location!
