Amazing customer service! Friendly staff and fixed my grandpa's watch as I was paying. Pretty much it was done promptly and carefully. Each battery change, they do a cleaning and was able to buff out some scratches off the glass of the watch. It looks like new! Thank you, Anna, for explaining the plans and warranties offered! We should be set for the next 5 years! Thank you, Don Johnson, for taking good care of the watch and cleaning it up! I'm super excited to see his face when I see him next time.
This watch meant a lot to my grandpa and wore it every day to work until he retired. He said this watch never fails on him, and it is his favorite watch because grandma bought it for him, and no other watch compares.
Thank you for restoring the watch! He is going to fall in love with it all over again.

We stopped by to see what the logistics were on getting my fiancé's engagement ring cleaned. The gentleman behind the counter said "give me two minutes". I was expecting him to come back with a quote and time-frame but he came back with it perfectly cleaned free of charge! Very nice of them.

We have had jewelry repaired here in the past with no issues but recently we spent $167 dollars to have a bracelet link repaired. Not more than one week later the bracelet fell off and is now lost. We called and spoke to Donald the owner to let him know. He took no responsibility for the workmanship and said you are on your own once you leave the store and he hung up on my husband.
We will no longer be doing business here! I would proceed with caution doing business here if they are not willing to stand behind their work.

This place has different prices for Black and White customers. Make sure you send the item in with a white person and pickup later. . I know from experience the prices are difference for the same service on the same item if the customer is Black.

My spouse took 5 of my watches to Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs - Inside Chandler Fashion Mall to have new batteries changed out. The clerk there charged me $50 for a 1 yr battery on each watch. I asked why the charge was so high for cheap batteries and he said "we only provide full service to our customers". Later, my jeweler changed out the batteries for a 10 year battery. Now, the watches have a long battery life and they don't need expensive yearly changes. Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs are a rip-off.

My father-in-law had a watch that needed a battery and a repair to the watchband. We are new to the Phoenix area and found this place by search on the Internet. All of that was done while we waited and appears to have been done well. My only knock would be that the battery replacement costs $34 I think. That is a lot higher than I have seen before but I must admit it’s been many years since I had a watch battery replaced. I should point out that the replacement is good for five years so if the battery dies between now and then I get a new one but no cost. Overall a good experience and I would use them again.

Though they were extremely busy, they had my watch battery replaced and my watch ready exactly when they said they would.

Went in for a ring resize. Was in and out within 5 minutes, the ring was ready in a few hours. The craftsman ship was great, could not tell that any work was done on it. I believe that a lot of the reviews that are negative are from self-inflicted causes.
