The sales and delivery experience were 5 stars. The woman who schedules the delivers is so unprofessional and rude. I had a great experience shopping for a bed at Ethan Allen located at Chandler Fashion Center. I bought a floor model so did not have to wait long for delivery. So far I'm happy with my purchase.
