My doctor is very great. Doctor baker and the PA Brittany Willams are very great doctors and know how to get me back well. The staff at the front desk are terrible. They call you and then hang up in your face.

I’m leaving this review 1.5 years later because Dr.Baileys inadequacy still affects my life. I went because I was having serious knee issues and Dr.Bailey was my PCP. He decided that instead of checking my body he would blame it on (and I quote) “You are a young woman, it’s totally normal and will go away”. So I went to a new doctor, MY KNEECAPS were DISLOCATED. We don’t know how long and it set me on a journey to get diagnosed with hEDS. Dr.Bailey actively held my life up for a year medically gaslighting me and refusing to listen. After I called the management to prevent this happening in the future I was ignored and not contacted after 3 calls and two voicemails. If you want your long term health looked after, don’t go here.

I have been a patient of Dr David Gannon for a decade. He is Compassionate,Thorough, Professional, Respectful. He listens . I recommend Dr Gannon and his friendly staff.

Staff is knowledgable, efficient and courteous. I'm always pleased with the respect they have for me in discussing my concerns about wellness, any ailments and treatment options.

Went in for a physical today with Dr Lawrence. He was okay but did not give much advice. He did provide me with the referrals to specialists. Then I was told to wait in lobby for lab. I waited for over 30 minutes and then ask the receptionist. She told me they had a miscommunication with lab and my name was not sent to them. I waited another 15 minutes and finally got labs done. I generously give 2 stars. Seems that are poorly organized.

I've been seeing Dr. Baker for more than 15 years. Following my yearly physical exam, something covered completely by my health insurance, I found I was also charged for a nondescript "office visit" where I owed whatever insurance didn't feel like paying for. What a let down. Wasn't I already in the office!? Wasn't everything we talked about included in my "physical health"? So disappointed in this money grabbing nonsense.

I needed some medical information for my daughter. Ashley took my second call to the office, and she was truly helpful, kind and patient. My first call with another scheduler was met with rudeness from the start, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me. Ashley listened to the situation, was patient, kind, and helped with a resolution. As a front desk scheduler for a medical office myself, I truly appreciate Ashley’s empathy and focus on patient care. I’m giving 5 stars because Ashley’s diligence by far made up for the rudeness I encountered with the first call. She is outstanding in her professionalism!

Trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous. I've been calling for 3 days to complete a payment. Today I called at 4:15 when I got off of work, but the phones stated their office was closed, though right after this message the same voice tells that the office is open until 5pm and the phone are active until 4:30.....update your phone message and online hours if they are inaccurate.

** as of right on que - Monday came and they called and cancelled his apt that afternoon, the doctor went home early. He now had to wait over a week without his medication!*** My husband has been going here for years. Dr. Lawrence himself is a great doctor -if you can get in there. His staff however, is unhelpful and rude. The doctor will say he'll help with things - the staff will not do so and won't even ask him. If you don't work banker hours good luck getting in for 5 minute refill appts, my husband works 4am to 5pm, with Fridays off (the day Dr Lawrence isn't in), latest appt everyday is 3:15. He's had to go without his meds for days due to scheduling conflicts and them being unwilling to help (although Dr. Lawrence has said he'd help anytime - his staff does not). The doc a was on vacation, they wouldn't even do a refill for 5 days of a medication he's been on 7 years and can't just stop taking until he came in... which was after the vacation. When the Dr. told my husband in office anytime you can't make it I'll do a month to get you through and then we'll schedule you. Office staff says no, and "nothing we can do". Not to mention during the shortages, it was help calling multiple pharmacies to find the medication- then it’d take them 3-4 days to respond to transfer it and by then that pharmacy was out. That's not really caring about your patients, and seems to be a reoccurring issue based on other reviews.

I switched doctors. Time and time again I have been let down by Dr.Lawrence and his staff. From messing up my medication orders on multiple occasions to now dealing with a serious medical issue that him and his staff act like is of concern but quickly changes once you leave the office. Not to mention messing up an order to Banner Imaging that left the technician there very puzzled as to why a doctor would order it based on my symptoms which ended up not finding anything and left me driving all the way across the valley for no reason. On top of that the staff that answer the phones are not only rude they will do anything to roadblock you talking to medical staff. If you're calling about a question expect a 24 to 48 hour turn around EVERY TIME. Either this clinic cannot handle it's patient load or the staff just couldn't care less. Either way I would not become a patient here.
