This was my first purchase from Earnhardt Ford. I special ordered a F350 super duty truck from the Commercial Fleet Director Windy Devlin. At 63 years old I have purchased a number of vehicles in my day, but this experience was by far the best I have ever had. Windy’s communication through the process was excellent. Two extremely minor flaws were discovered by them on arrival and notified be ahead of time and corrected before I arrived to pick the vehicle up. Most dealers would have waited to see if the customer noticed instead of pointing it out. My hats off to Hal Earnhardt and his team of exceptional employees. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Ford to my friends and family!

Ron Q met me at my old car, listened to what I wanted, and took me in a golf cart to look at cars. He answered all of my questions. The car I really wanted was on the way from the factory so we did the sale in two visits and the delivery in the 2nd visit. It was a great experience.

I took my truck in to be INSPECTED which they told me would cost nothing but INSTEAD I picked up my truck and they charged me 210 dollars for replacing a part and paying for labor I did not ask them too I said I'm not paying for something I did not want nor ask for but I ended up having to pay anyway this place is a SHAM

My sales guy was Marty, he responded fast and also sent pictures of broncos that I was interested in, he was great at explaining the difference in the packages, also Chris in finance was great to work with looked for the best deals. Service department follows up and notifies me of work that is needed.
