Me and my husband Matt have come in to do a repair a few days ago on our 2016 chevy Colorado and George who is in the service and repair department was excellent with us. He was very professional and he was great with keeping in communication with me about the repair and what needed to be done and the price was pretty reasonable and it was an overall great experience we thought they would need to keep the truck for a few days but to our surprise they fixed the truck by the next day we were very happy about that so thank you to George for the excellent service . We bought our Truck here years ago and we absolutely love it hands down and we owe all the credit to Jason he was great with us!We are very happy customers!

Highly recommend Earnhardt Chevrolet on Arizona Avenue purchased my 2016 cruise with them. The service was amazing which is why I came back and purchased my 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS! General manager finance manager sales representative were amazing walked me through the process in and out in two hours the sales representative went above and beyond! Jason and Billy ARE AMAZING !

To who it may concern,
I’ve purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado back 3 years ago and wholeheartedly enjoyed the experience after purchasing a Dodge Challenger from the same dealership. I had an unpleasant experience since then the truck I’ve purchased has needed the engine and transmission replaced all under 100k miles. I understand parts and pieces fail but at this point in time the service department and dealer has stated they cannot help me out. I’m left with a truck that doesn’t properly work when shifting from 1-2 has a real bad hesitation and can possibly cause an accident one day. The dealer stated this is a customer bulletin and normal functioning of the vehicle I purchased. I myself as a business owner and operations manager feel this is not right as the truck did not drive this way when I first bought it and always look to take care of my most reliable customers that have returned for business. I’m now left with a vehicle that cannot be fixed by the own dealership I bought it from and stuck paying off the rest of the balance owed. I feel a lot more happy about it if the truck functioned properly and didn’t get the cold shoulder from the dealership when holding them accountable for the malfunction of the vehicle.
