Ordered a new 2024 CT5 and the salesman messed up my order. The car did not have the options I wanted. General Manager, Justin Conover, acknowledged the error yet refused to make any accommodation to make up for it. I ended up ordering a new 2025 from a different dealer. When I asked Justin Conover to honor the paint protection package I purchased from him on my new car, he again refused to make any accommodation and had the nerve to ask me to order the new car from him. If the general manager won't do anything to compensate for errors made by his staff, it's not the kind of business I would patronize.

Thanks for respecting what the customer wanted. I responded immediately back to there email with questions and never heard back from the hounds.

After my initial experience and the subsequent poor review, I posted on Yelp, I had the opportunity to meet with the Service Manager, Jason Briggs to discuss my concerns. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the sympathetic and professional manner in which he handled the situation.During our meeting, Jason not only addressed the specific issue at hand but also took the time to understand my perspective and concerns. His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and he proactively sought feedback on how the dealership could improve its processes to better serve every customer.I am pleased to say that Jason successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction, and his efforts have reinforced my loyalty to "Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac". It is clear that Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler values its customers and is dedicated to providing a positive experience.I understand that every business may encounter challenges, but the way these challenges are addressed speaks volumes about the integrity and commitment of the service team. In light of the positive resolution and my renewed confidence in Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler, I would like to request the following amendment to my previous Yelp review. Sincerely, Joseph Milton

I was just there and they tried to sell me a car for more then was advertised online. On top of that, they offered me over $3000 less for a trade in that I was offered at another dealer. I'm not into haggling over numbers so this was not the place for me

My service provider Aaron is amazing. No like for real amazing! Earnhardt chandler used to be my go to service spot when I lived in the area. Unfortunately I had to move across town, but recently coming here for a quick service appointment made me realize I made a mistake leaving this place!! I'm definitely making the drive to bring my car back here again.

Not what you'd consider Cadillac quality. I purchased a used 2011 Ford Mustang here on August 11, 23. The leather paneling had detached on the inside of each door, typical issue with Mustangs. Earnhardt Cadillac agreed to work in the cost of repair into the purchase of the vehicle and stated their service department would reach out to schedule the work.I still hadn't heard from them after nearly 2 weeks so I contacted the service department myself on August 24th to inquire about the repairs and scheduled an appointment for September 1st. After arriving to pickup the vehicle on Sept. 1, the gentleman helping us forewarned that the quality of work on the repair wasn't what was expected but that he would follow up with the upholstery service they use after Labor Day to see what could be done to correct the work. When I saw the doors I couldn't believe they would let such shoddy work be done in the first place, but I was hopeful that they would correct it.I never heard back from the guy as I expected on that Tuesday but figured they'd be busy after the holiday weekend. I waited until Thursday Sept 7th before caving and calling him back to follow up myself. He was still waiting for information from the company they worked with and said he would call me the next day, I never received a call from him that Friday. I called again Saturday and wasn't able to get him on the phone. I called again a week later on Sept 14th in the morning and again in the afternoon trying to get some answers. The guy finally called me back that afternoon and said the best he could do was get me discounted labor to redo the work they had botched and quoted me $325 per door to fix it. I've taken the car to several other upholstery services and am receiving similar quotes because of how poorly Cadillac did with the initial repair. It seems they super glued the leather panels back on the doors. There's glue residue left around the panels as well that refuses to come up. This is the worst service I've ever received and they didn't even reimburse me for the crap work. It's been over a month and I was holding off this review in hopes they would correct their wrongdoing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

Proceed at your own risk. I am out of state. They sold me a 2021 M2. It was a beautiful car, but the front window sensors were missing. They insisted that they inspected it and that nothing was wrong, but I got an error on the car the second day I had it. When I called them to ask them to help me fix the issue, since it was not disclosed during the sales process, they admitted that the previous owner had changed the windshield, but declined to help with the faulty repair. If they had told me about the issue, I would not be upset, but they insist that the error was not there when they had it and its not their problem. The BMW dealer told me without that sensor, the issue would have presented itself before I got it. Bottomline - Don't trust these guys. Their "internal 3rd party inspection" is bunk and they will not disclose issues to you. Once you buy the car, its your problem. Cost me $1000 dollars. I attached the proof from BMW that the issue would have been apparent and Earnhardt ignored it.

Apparently there is ongoing miscommunication regarding this incident. The sales manager told me that a potential buyer was test driving the vehicle- hence it had not been sold. He never committed to selling the BMW at the price originally advertised. He said that he "would try to get the price closer to the original price". Justin, you confirmed that you had overheard the conversation, as well as your sales manager raising his voice at me.

We are browsing for new cars and thought we would look at Cadillac. Sadly, the salesman was not friendly at all. He was an older man with white hair. He was not friendly whatsoever and we felt like we were being judged. When you are shopping for a 50-80K car you shouldn't feel pressured or judged. Would not buy from here.

I've bought a lot of cars in my life and every time it's because I went to the dealership for that reason (Captain Obvious).Today was a different story. Last night I had a flat and my insurance suggested to be towed here for repair. What a blessing that was. SHORT VERSION...Met Gus, fell in love with Gus and his incredible personality and customer service. Bought new car.. Got GREAT DEAL. I can't say enough about this Cadillac dealership. I have bought 4 cars from the Earnhardt family and number 5 has been my best experience so far! Please see Gus, he will change your mind about the dirty word "car salesman".

I have taken my GM vehicle here several times for service and have had good experiences. I haven't actually bought a vehicle from here so I can't speak to their sales tactics. From a service and waiting area perspective I have been very happy with this dealership! There's always donuts and some healthy snacks. Coffee, lots of seating and several places to charge or do some work while you wait. It's a Cadillac dealer so it's expected that the amenities are a little more upscale than somewhere like a Chevy dealer, and in my experience this is true of this location. Also you can claim your vehicle has been "dealer maintained" which used to count for something, but who knows if it does anymore. Either way, if you have a GM (or most other brands) vehicle and want it dealership maintained, you could do worse... but I won't name names...
