We have been going there every weekend for a year and always greeted with a smile by Dannaka. She's quick to help whenever we had questions or concerns. She recently moved to another location and we wish she would come back.

Don't sign up with this location unless you want issues. I had an account in 2020 that was canceled due to medical reasons. They canceled it. 4 years later I've still been having issues with them sending me to collections after saying I was good to go multiple time. Salvador, the GM who took over 2 months ago is not helpful, won't talk to customers on the phone to deal with this matter, Claims he sent the debt collector information but I have confirmed he has not, gave me the "regional managers" email but that seems to be incorrect. We are now getting legal help towards this matter.

Have been a member here for a while and while most staff are friendly i have to shout out Chris specifically. He's always so friendly and quick to greet with a smile and a hello. He's a huge asset to Eos and I'm so glad to see him back!

We got our free 7 day pass from the website. We sow up 30 minutes later. First off, we waited 15 minutes just to speak with someone. Then Alondra comes and sits us down and gives us the whole spiel about signing up. I told her we're not interested and we're visiting from out of state. She shows us the whole facility for another 15 minutes, place was so packed it didn't even look fun to workout there. Then she asks if we want to get a membership. We tell her no, just the 7 day pass. She says "I need Arizona IDs then". I told you we were visiting from out of state in the beginning. Also nowhere on the site or the welcome email tells you that. Full bait and switch BS. This gym has no morals, take your business elsewhere!

Decent gym. But their business model is predatory and wants you to know as-little-as-possible before signing up. Cancelling a membership is difficult. Canceling a personal training contract, costing about $1200, is near impossible. Know what you're getting into before signing up and ask questions about potential cancellation beforehand

Can I seriously not film my workouts at midnight? I set my camera outta everyone's way, go at literal midnight when the entire states asleep, and make sure nobody but me gets in frame then get told off for filming? The rules state that if my filming disrupts others workouts then I could get asked to turn it off, don't see where it says "PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED". Can someone clarify my doubts?

Location is alright but I was charged a $25 dollar fee because they said they couldn't bill my card on 8/30. However I have proof as a screenshot that I had money in my account. I'll include that as it shows how much I had at the time as well as pending charges which include EOS. I have heard of other users having this same issue.....

Today, I went to the barbell class I signed up for, and all that was available was like 7 2.5-pound weights and 1 5-pound weight. I normally squat 40+, so there were not nearly enough weights available for me to successfully complete the class. I had driven 6 miles to get to class, and I had to go back home without my workout. What's really frustrating about EoS gyms, and this is true for most of them, is that you pay for the premium membership so you can go to the classes, and then they don't have enough space, bars, or weights available. My guess is that people with lesser memberships are showing up and taking equipment because they don't have any protocol in place for making sure you're signed up before letting you in. The instructors are also encouraging people to come even if the app says it's full. So why am I paying for the premium membership exactly? I talked to the front desk, and the guy was really nice, but I haven't heard from the manager.

Don't join this GYM, they made promises about the cost and fees, then overcharged me and are refusing to do anything about it. Dannaka claims to have no way of contacting her GM Sal, or her Ops Kenzie. I filed a report with the BBB and will be contacting my bank and credit card to deny the charges. Pretty stupid on their part to lose 2 memberships instead of downgrading my black membership for free as promised by their General Manager Tyler when I opened an additional account for my daughter, and refunding me the overcharge amount of $15.

Friendly staff, but the gym itself is pretty disgusting. The cardio machines look like they have 5 years worth of crusted sweat build up on them. It’s also frustrating when you go to wipe down your machine and none of the disinfectant spray bottles even work, and the paper towel dispensers are almost always empty. I also don’t think they even clean the theatre room. They assume since it’s dark no one will see anything in there. Last time I used the theatre, my cup holder was full of a bunch of bitten off acrylic nails when i tried to set my water bottle down in it.

My fiancé and I went to try and work out. When we signed up we got the higher membership with guest privileges. We had worked out there before without an issue. However this time they told us that we did not have guest privileges. We had to drive to the Alma location and were allowed right in. I tried calling to speak to a manager and they made up some excuse to not let me talk to them. Do not recommend this location.

Going to the gym can be extremely nerve wracking but everytime I’ve come Chris has been at the front desk and made me feel so welcomed! He’s such a kind worker and is always there to help no matter what! Businesses need workers like Chris to keep customers wanting to come back! He’s truly such a nice welcoming worker! I wouldn’t come to this specific location if it wasn’t for him!
