Paint quality is great. Service was mediocre at best this visit at this location. In all my years of buying paint at a paint store, I’ve never had the lids dented like this after they mixed my paint color and resealed the lids. The answer from the clerk? “Well I had to hammer the lids shut after it was mixed. It will be fine.” Also did not show me the color match to my sample until I requested to see it. He had to go back to the mixing room to get it. Then no asking me if I needed a stir stick or can opener. A very different experience. Unprofessional and not the experience I would have expected for the brand.

I had an amazing experiece with Dunn Edwards in Chandler. I first starting working with Emily at the store. I had make a big mistake painting my house while on vacation, to come home to a major color disaster. Emily was fantastic, as I brought counter top samples, drawers and travertine samples. I went through a lot of colors on the wall, but had not found the correct one. Emily suggested they had a color specialist that would come to the house. Her name is Helanna Weinstein. To my surprise, I ending up having Helanna, and Emily together. They found two colors that they thought would work. and I ended up with one of them. My home looks amazing. A wonderful add to the community. Space use to be another business a few years ago. Love having a free standing quality paint store so close. Staff is extremely nice and helpful too.

Emily Cowan, the South Chandler DE Color Advisor, is amazing! Super capable and professional! I had been looking for several days at the 120+ color scheme possibilities that my HOA provided with frustration, and overnight Emily was able to narrow it down to a small handful of schemes based on my broader criteria and was even able to determine the color scheme of a house in my neighborhood from a photo that I provided to her. She is highly experienced in the geographic area. From there she provided several renderings from an elevation photo of my home, and then I was off to the races. Additional shout out to the other South Chandler DE team members as well! Consistent with DE culture, everyone provided outstanding service!

I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service in this store. In particular, Emily Cowan was very helpful, she has deep knowledge on paint patterns and HOA standards. She spent a lot of time with me, answered my questions, and made me realize that they offer many options, much more than I thought. Very grateful for Emily’s help

Walked in and stood there for several minutes. Sat down to wait for someone and no one said ANYTHING to us. They walked by me and my family and they didn’t say a word. I’m hoping for better service at another location.

I've been buying dunn Edwards paint as a personal consumer for 40 years. I have always pre-ordered my paint by phone for pickup. Last week i called and rep was super nice. after my $300+ order was picked up I discovered i was missing 2 gallons. It was just missed. A mistake. I called to reorder the 2 gallons and the DE rep said they don't take orders over the phone. He was rude and said the guy last week was wrong. Too bad. I tried to order online and paint I wanted said out of stock. I guess i now understand why everyone is going to Sherwin Williams these days. Customer service is a zero.

Great service! I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing and was never rushed. I was able to purchase my paint and be out the door by 5pm.
