This place has the friendliest customer service. Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. The facility is clean. Best of all the prices are reasonable and they give discounts during move in. Will be using them again in the future.

I have used Dollar Storage on Ocotillo Road in Chandler since 2020 when I moved my father and some of his belongings here from another state. They were very accommodating in helping me secure a unit via long distance calls and accepted and held a moving pod for us on the property until we arrived and could unload it. They have helped me upsize and later downsize units as my needs have changed without trying to sell me more than I need or failing to disclose terms. The facility is extremely clean, well-kept and secure. The office personnel answer the phone promptly and offer fast and reliable answers and service. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a good place to store items. We use the indoor air-conditioned units, but there are outside units as well, all with different sizes and price points.
