Diagnosed and recharged my AC problem on a 94 ram. Unfortunately it was my AC evaporator leaking. Very knowledgeable staff and helped me out a ton.

0 Stars. I have been here before with oil changes on all my cars, thought they were decent. Took my Ford Explorer in on 8/26 at 11am for transmission issues engine light and wrench light on. Diagnostic price 130.00. At 3:30pm we called to get update they said they were still working on it and would call when finished. They never called. We did receive a text & email with price quotes ranging from 3-7,000 dollars. No communications at all. Next morning 8/27 we called at 7:30am to tell them we would be picking up the vehicle, they said it would be ready at 9-10am. They did not have it ready until 11am, then they charged us 431.06? even though we had only approved 130.00. they decided to drop the pan on the transmission to look for metal in fluid (that is what the invoice said) we never approved that. We paid of course and immediately drove the car to another shop, who had our problem diagnosed and completely fixed within 5 hours and 3x Less price wise, running great now NO thanks to Desert Car Care. The other shop also sent us video of the fluid that came out as it was suppose to be new fluid per (desert car care the price 79.00 charge for fluid) it was not, so we were charged for something they didn't do. I will not be back ever. Rude service as they had a price tag on us the minute we walked in, no communication or diagnostic explanation something we paid for. Horrible company. Be warned. You might consider getting quotes from other auto places as this company was 3x more and over charges for labor by a lot.

I have a positive experience every time I come here. The entire staff is knowledgeable, caring and does not try to sell you things you do not need. My initial estimate for everything that needed work was around 5k; Brad went through line by line with me over the phone to educate me on what needed repaired, helped me decide what could wait a few months, and what needed to be addressed immediately. Overall, the best auto place I’ve been to in the valley!

We had an unexpected car problem in an area we are not familiar with. We looked online for the closest repair shop. Desert Car Care Chandler was just around the corner so we had the car towed there. They were fantastic! The woman we spoke with was Kathy. I now call her Saint Kathy. She was so helpful, called with updates and helped us through the whole issue. She explained everything and they had the car running again and even did a complete diagnostic on it for us. They will be our repair shop from now on. Thanks for the great work.

My car started acting up so I took it in not expecting to get service. They set up transportation for me to go home while I wait. I went back and they couldn’t find anything wrong. They didn’t charge me anything. I felt so happy and blessed. They are awesome and kind. Go give them a try, you won’t regret this.

Brad was extremely helpful with my car. Most other places didn’t know what was wrong with my car. Over the phone without even looking at it, they knew exactly what happened and how to fix it. I got a reasonable quote within minutes, and the car was fixed exactly when he said it would be, running better than it ever did. I’d highly recommend Desert Car Care!

Been going to desert car center Chandler for the last couple of years and have never had a bad experience. They throughly examine the car and will let you know what's needed, but they aren't salesmen about it...making everything seem crucial. The waiting area is VERY nice and always clean and cool. I've recommended this place to several others and they also have never had a bad experience.

Highly recommend!! I needed last minute maintenance on my car and they got me in the same day and were able to help me out with my break lights and oil change!! Brad and the mechanics made it a great experience.
