I’ve had a Daniels account for a while but had never been into this location. Me and my wife stopped by Saturday night and had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tommy and an employee Darcel. I want to write this review to not only get the attention of potential customers but also to draw corporate attention to the hard admirable work of their employee Darcel. We stopped in to do a bit of window shopping and have our jewelry cleaned. Darcel greeted us and was very friendly and professional. We asked her to clean our rings and I cannot say enough about how amazing of a job she did. We have had our rings cleaned at multiple locations but had never stopped into this one. Darcel proceeded to clean them like I’ve never seen. She put pride and effort into her work like I rarely see from anyone in business these days. She took the time to not just clean them intricately but also polished them as well. When she gave them back it took our breath away, they looked brand new and as shiny as when we’ve had them sent off to be completely replated. To see someone put in that extra effort that unfortunately we as a society see so rarely these days that’s it’s not even expected, is so appreciated. Thank you so much to Darcel from me and my wife for your incredible hard work and attention to detail. Dealing with you was a breath of fresh air for customer service and we can’t thank you enough!

This place was great to work with over a 11/2 °ago. Today I needed a repair done and had insurance on it. Had to send ot in.. They were good to work with and I will return in the future.

Very painless experience. Scheduled a viewing online, Shania helped me when I came in, answered a few questions I had, and that was it. Bought the ring I wanted and that was it. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't reccommend this place to other customers if it was the last Jewelry store in town. The reason for this is due to the fact their return policy is not disclosed to you at the time of purchase; "unless asked". The 'in person' stores do NOT have the same 30-day return policy as Daniel's online (where i looked up Daniel's return policy). I purchased 3 items, abracelet, necklace and matching earrings. Total purchase was over $800 after a discount I received for military service. I gave the items to my.wife.for our anniversary. A day or two later when my wife was going to wear the set for the first time, the bracelet (the most expensive item) broke. Now, my wife took that as a sign not keep it. I was unable to return the items for about a week. When I did, I was told it could be 'fixed'. I wasn't too happy with that, but they didn't have a matching one to replace it with. Reluctantly, we made arrangements to have it repaired. After leaving the store, my wife said she would rather return it instead of repairing it. I went back a couple days later to get a refund only find out the ten day return policy had actually expired before I even brought it back after the item broke. My only option now is to return to the store within their 30-day exchange period and try to find something my wife might actually appreciate [after this failed attempt at customer service]. Again, if you need jewelry, DO NOT consider Daniel's Jewelry for gift purchases unless you are absolutely certain they have something you or your spouse will appreciate for years to come.

I went into the store to purchase two gold chains and was greeted very well by one of the employees named Ashley. She was very attentive and I was swayed by the promotions that the store had. I will be purchasing from that store very soon. I had a really good deal and the jewelry was of very high quality and they have great options.

They called us to tell us that they cannot fix our watch to come pick it up. But they failed to tell us that they CLOSE THE DOORS for an hour why they all go on lunch together. We walked up as they were locking the door and said we just wanna pick up our watch no payment is due. We’re on our lunch and they all proceeded down the escalator for an hour. We’re still sitting here for an hour and have tried to get a hold of corporate they don’t care they said somebody will call you back in 48-72 hours. Customer service is horrible!

They call you and tell you they can't fix your watch to come down and pick it up with no charge. We drive 55 miles in commute traffic to find them going down the escalator because they decide that they all want to go to lunch together. They know we're here and they say "we're on lunch" and we have to wait for an hour. Tried to get ahold of corporate but nobody cares - they say that somebody will get back to you in 48 to 72 hours. Worst service They knew we were here waiting for them at 4:15 they didn't return till 430 and smug as anything they don't care disrespectful employees. And come to find out one of them was the store manager.

I literally just brought a gold chain today that is now broken. I don't understand this has to be a manufacturer or quality issue. I was told this is real golf however from my experience real gold doesn't break less than 24 hours of purchase. I purchased this chain 6 hours ago, real gold is supposed to stand the test of time. This is ridiculous I am disappointed in your quality assurance Daniel's shame on you!!

I received an email stating my account had not been used for a year .I went in just to check it out . I asked what credit I had on my account . She told me it wasnt showing the amount so she had to update my info to find out . I told her if it was reopening a new account I didn’t want it I just wanted my current credit line to stay open. She said my account was open they just had to do a hard pull to get the credit amount . Whatever that means.Well not only did she not contact me as I shopped around to let me know if I was approved or not . Credit karma showed I was trying to open a new line of credit which is what I explained I did not want . Very deceitful. What she should have said was they haven’t deleted my account information for Daniels jewelers on their end but they would have to open a new credit line to provide credit . It’s only a 3 point dip but not happy that she had to over explain a simple question just to try to get a sale in.

Andrew and Ashley were super patient and very kind. They both greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I bought a $1900 Cuban chain and their service couldn't have been better! I will definitely be returning.
