I picked up prescriptions multiple times here and something went wrong Everytime. The final straw they transfered my prescription to a different CVS that was also out of stock. And when I called them back for help I was on hold for 40minutes.

Staff in pharmacy drive thru are always friendly and FAST. However, they are much slower when picking up inside. I stopped going to Walgreens on Germann and Alma School and im so happy i did! Thank you CVS for always being open hen you say you are, Walgreens closes pharmacy whenever they wish.

I wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved positive review for Jeanie Pham at this CVS pharmacy location. After being given the runaround, my wife and I were sent by a different CVS pharmacy to pick up our prescription at this location. It was 20 minutes until closing and Jeanie was handling both in-store and drive thru customers - all while fixing the error the previous CVS Pharmacy made (the other location did not process the arc correctly). Jeanie was empathetic to our situation and was so friendly, caring and helpful (and super funny) that she made myself and my wife feel like we were talking to our daughter. It’s very hard to find down to earth and professional people that take their work serious and are great at what they do to help their customers with their health. We are very grateful for meeting you! We highly recommend this store just because of your positive energy and hope they hire more help because you sure do work hard. Thank you very much Jeanie ????

This pharmacy is the worst. I'll admit I was already a little cranky trying to find a med for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere I tried but I always try to not show that for respect out of others. Anyways, right when I got there I stood at the drop off counter and wasn't even acknowledged for like 3 full minutes. They saw me, they were all in the middle at computers. Then when I was finally a spoken to, they just yelled over to see what I wanted, no one came to the counter, it was just me yelling out my daughters full name and birthdate and the meds I was looking for. They needed to get the prescription from another pharmacy because my dr called it in to my usual spot. The lady said the pharmacist would call and get it before lunch (it was about 1215pm at this point) and it would be ready by 2pm. Fine. I'll come back after 2. I came back about 245, there's finally a nice man willing to come help me. He has no record of anything, goes and asks the pharmacist about my script and she fumbles around and says "oh he JUST sent it over." I rolled my eyes and said ok. 20 more minutes and it'll be done. Fine. What am I going to do, not wait? 20 ish minutes later the nice guy calls me up, rings me up and says have a nice day. No pharmacist to ask questions to, no pharmacist to explain anything. Nothing. She wouldn't leaver her computer. I ended up googling if I could give the medicine prescribed, with a cough medicine as well. So unprofessional. This place is an accident waiting to happen.

I never want to post a bad review, but I don’t want anyone to have an experience like I did. I did an online transfer from Walgreens to CVS on May 8th, I knew I needed it by 5/18. After not hearing anything I called on Monday 5/15, and they told me they would work on it and have it ready by Thursday 5/18. Still didn’t receive confirmation that it was ready, so I called and was on hold for a long time. The lady I spoke with let me know it would be ready that afternoon. I headed over there after work, and when I got there I let the woman at the drive thru know what I needed. She said it wasn’t ready and I explained what happened she immediately was annoyed and inconvenienced by my needing my prescription after giving them plenty of time to get that. After the unkindness I received from her when politely asking for some help, she was annoyed that I had a coupon code since my insurance doesn’t cover it. Another pharmacy work helped finish my order up, and I let him know how ridiculous it was that she was rude to me for something I didn’t do, and he excused it with them being understaffed. I wouldn’t not have been there waiting if I was told my prescription was not going to be ready. But to show up and have it made to be my fault and have someone be unkind to me is so frustrating.

This has become the worst location to do business with as it pertains to the pharmacy. Almost all the associates have attitudes from the very beginning and do not care about the fact that they are messing up your medication. If I can avoid it I will never do business with this pharmacy again and you shouldn't either.

Very rude manager. I asked about powder. She said that she didn't understand and said "Go ask someone else". Then walked away very rude. Not helpful. I think she is a manager but needs training. I believe her name is Q

The employees in the pharmacy are rude. If you want your prescriptions in a timely manner, go elsewhere. Worse customer service I've experienced at any of the CVS locations.

Seriously best customer service out of any CVSI have ever been to. The manager is super nice and caring and helped me out when I was in a rush with my 5 year old son. I will make it a point to only use this CVS from now on.

Stay out of this place. Rude employees don’t know what’s CVS policy’s are and can’t even do a price match. When asked to show me the policy they tried calling cops, worst customer experience.

The worst customer service! If there was a score for incompetence they would have 5 stars. Pharmacy is a joke - Pharmless more like it. This is the worst run CVS. AVOID delays, excuses, and "less than"customer service - visit any other CVS. Note CVS- you're suppose to tend to your customers - there are other options. Obviously you're note readying your reviews. Shame on us (me) for giving you a chance. This is my last time visiting this store.

I didn't experience the pharmacy, but yesterday, a radiator hose on my car got undone and I got stuck. They didn't have the wrench I needed but an employee went out of his way to get one for me in the back office and got me on my way. So bye bye Walgreens and thank you Mr tall guy with long hair who helped me out ! I will start shopping there.
