Mainly issues than none when it comes to dealing with this pharmacy. Real slow, never have the medication I need in stock so I get partial then have to wait to fill it by use do consumption date (basically gave me 20 day supply when I had 30. Have to wait the whole 20 before I can pick up the last 10. I should of just waited to have it all filled). Staff are nice enough, at least for me. They always seems to have some sort of issue though like gate busted so have to use other window, short staff so closing early.I may just switch to Safeway pharmacy

Every single thing in this store is locked down and requires an associate to come unlock it for you. If stores are going to do this, then you guys need to at least hire enough people to where I don’t have to try hunting someone down for five minutes just to give you my money. Or maybe stop putting your corporate dollars behind liberal leaders that encourage retail theft with lenient policies.

I am so very happy with the care and respect I receive from this Pharmacy team. Today Pharmacist Ryan expedited my prescription at the end of the day which is really crucial for me as I need to kick my respiratory illness in preparation for a surgery which would need to be canceled if the cough does not go away. I appreciate you Ryan, as you are giving me a fighting chance to hopefully not need to reschedule my surgery next week. Fingers crossed this works. Please know you are appreciated. I know staffing is thin... you are making a difference. I always have a good interaction here.

Recently insurance changed, I was happy with Walgreens, Now I feel forced to change to CVS, Hours indicate they are open til 9 PM. That's a lie, try 6PM. I have had nothing but problems trying to get refills here. The male pharmacist rushed me through the checkout process, I ended up with the wrong prescription. A day or so later, I tried to explain what happened, was advised they could not take it back. I had to get a new prescription, again.I tried calling them at night when I realized the error, they were closed. I called another cvs close by and was advised, that "oh well, we get busy, mistakes are made" Wow that really invokes confidence in me. I will certainly be moving my business back to Walgreens.

This place sucks! I drove 10 miles because I was able to make a Covid test appointment. Get here and pull up to the window...... says window is closed, they don't even answer the buzzer. But that you have to go inside. So I call the pharmacy multiple times and each time it goes straight to a busy tone. So go to the front door, ok cool now it says Covid testing patients can't go inside..... SO HOW DO YOU GET A TESTING DONE THAT YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR? You don't. Because yes I went inside and all they said was the system is down, sorry. What a joke. Ppl shouldn't have confirmed appointments and then drive feeling unwell for a Covid testing that doesn't even exist!!!!!!!!

I know these guys are understaffed and they're working hard... But if it comes to a pharmacy, don't even attempt to go here. This is the second time I have gotten into this pharmacy only to find out they can't do what I need them to do because they're either closed or they're not accepting new prescriptions. They need to have a sign up that clearly states their CORRECT hours and what they can/can't do from the OUTSIDE, so people don't waste their time waiting 20 minutes in line for nothing.

People inside its been friendly so far but the two times I went to pick my son prescriptions it takes at least one day for them to filled a prescription. Having a kid absolutely sick needing his medication ASAP. I don't understand how they work like this. taking breaks, closing early. People is sick with very delicate conditions, this is serious! I just cannot believe the way they operate it really blows my mind how bad this pharmacy is.

Astonished. Unbelievable. Will NEVER give another CVS a dime. White male pHARMacist advised me in the drive thru window that I wasn't "that important" and refused to give me the Rx Inhaler my Doctor had prescribed for me and CVS had confirmed was ready for pick up...unbelievable that this "human?" felt that was okay. I am still in utter shock over it and it happened weeks ago! I thought to myself, "I'm sorry my health and inability to breathe is inconvenient for YOU; it's inconvenient for ME too." Not sorry CVS and Walgreens are going out of business everywhere; it's no wonder; they deserve it.Chronically Sick & Disabled in Chandler, AZ

I have had the most absolutely awful experience here! Not once, not even twice, not even five times, but over SIX times in just one week!!!! They are always understaffed and hold up the line for prescription pick up for COVID testing. The staff that is there is rude every single time and I'm tired of our prescriptions getting messed up!

I have had three different prescriptions that have been in processing for days! I tried calling the pharmacy and they don't pick up there phone! I waited in the drive thru for twenty minutes only to be told my prescription was not ready and that they would try to push it through to be ready today. The girl working the drive thru said that they are having a staffing shortage. Get some help!! My health is on the line if I do not take my medicine as prescribed!!I will be transferring Al my scripts to another pharmacy!
