I prefer CVS over Walgreens, but this particular CVS had a very rude, passive aggressive employee. I understand we all have our bad days, but getting upset, because a customer asked to refill the bags at the self check out isn’t a bad day, but a product of a bad employee. If customer service isn’t my strong suit then I’ll switch careers: Note: take the hint.

Horrible pharmacy. They are very busy and do not refill prescriptions in a timely manner. I had medicine called in from my doctor on a Friday. I don't went in to pick it up on Saturday and they said they didn't have it on hand and would have it by Monday. Disappointed but I understood the situation. I came back Monday and it wasn't ready. I came back Tuesday. Not ready. I called Wednesday (had to save gas) and guess what? Not ready. By the following Saturday I called to have it transferred out due to the delay. The tech on the phone was less than helpful or apologetic. I hope when they're in need, they receive the same service they offered me. Perhaps that will change their empathy towards their patrons. The CVS 2 miles away filled it within 30mins.

Horrible Experience, went into the store to get some passport photos taken on 12/29/23. I waited for a few minutes ,because the employee was talking to a vendor from kalil bottling. She comes up to me and my daughter and asks if we needed anything.No Hello or can I help you.I asked her for some passport photos to be taken, immediately she tells me No and I ask her if the machine was broken. She proceeds to tell me that she does not take passport photos this time of the year because the store is busy. There was only on other customer in the store besides me and my daughter and he was at the self checkout register. She tells me to drive to another CVS store about 5 miles away to have them taken but make sure I call the store before I go to see if they are taking passport photos.Never again do I go to this CVS store or any other, I am done. You lost a customer because of a lazy employee who could not take 5 minutes to help me and my daughter out. After I left the store I called around and found out that walgreens and UPS stores were doing passport photos. I ended up going to UPS to get my photos taken and they were cheaper in price also.

Pharmacy staff unprofessional- pharmacist slammed the phone down and loudly exclaimed "how can people be that stupid" referring to a customer. Woman that helped me was rude. One tech was in the back talking about ammunition caliber sizes. One tech burped loudly. Like a bunch of kids acting like they have no manners or consideration for the customers.

The team here is grossly incompetent. I was misinformed by multiple staff and their automated text system that my prescription was ready for pickup. I drove here for 4 days straight only to wait in line and be told “we aren’t sure why you’re being told it’s ready. It’s not here yet”. It wasn’t until waiting on hold one day I finally talked to someone with a brain who told me my prescription would be delivered from the warehouse which apparently only happens once a week. Such a joke. When I finally was able to pick up my prescription, they forgot to give me my credit card and receipt and made me feel like an idiot for asking for it back…. Customer service is rare these days. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming back to this location.

They were not able to fill a prescription today but didn't tell me until I went in for pick-up. Furthermore, when I asked about a different CVS filling it I was given a vague location for a store on AZ Ave. So I called that store to be told they could fill it but not without the other store cancelling it. Really? So back to the counter I went to cancel the order so that I could call the other store back to fill it. Then I had a comment from that store tech that it wasn't a competition. What?! When you need a drug for something like an infection, isn't time of the essence?? And is it their business to question why you need a drug the day it's ordered? Good grief, CVS, get on the customer service wagon!!

Pharmacy provided the incorrect prescription. Tech and pharmacist unapologetic and rude when I went back and communicated they had given me wrong prescription. Didn’t check ID to confirm name. Unprofessional and will not return.

Was in and out in under 10 minutes with 4 prescriptions and some store items. I don't know what has changed at this CVS, but please KEEP IT UP!!! I used to go here for everything and then something changed. It seems it's back to fast customer service, clean facilities, friendly-helpful Associates, and competitively priced. As a father of two little boys, I am happy to have that local corner store feeling back to.

Do not make appointments at this Minute Clinic. I made an appointment to come here 2 days ago and even got a confirmation text this morning. I made the 20min drive only to be told that the medical provider never showed up and that I should make a new appointment. It sure would have been nice to know that before I made the drive. Why send a confirmation text then? Garbage service.

Pharmacis is probably overworked but that doesn't gives him a perdition to jump into conversatio yelling and calling names! He give himself to much power not realizing he is there to serve the customers!!! He is extremely rode and if you want to be treated as a garbage than go to CVS at Kyrene & Chandler Bl.

...if you want lazy people who have little desire to actually help a (who cares) paying customer/patient, keep getting all your pharmaceutical needs by the continuous revolving staff BEHIND the pill counter. Unprofessional, unethical, and loud with too many inconsistencies to name. I even called before I came. ask me if that helped?? What else are they NOT doing??!?! Lazy gets people sick! You are only as strong as your weakest link, Roman. Lying is included!!! SMH! We deserve better!!
