ESTEBAN CALLED ME THE N WORD and other profanities. I just experienced was HORRIFFIC! Around 7:30 pm 1/2/24 I waited 30 mins for someone to come up to the front counter, I went to the pharmacy for them to call someone to the front just to get back up there and have the CVS employee to completely ignore me and proceed to take 3 people who were behind me and refused to acknowledge me. I didn't understand why he was treating me this way until he proceeded to turn to a customer and say that ni**er can wait, she's not even buying anything. (I was dropping off an Amazon return for my mom) completely shocked I then asked him for his name and a way to contact management and report what he said which he refused to give me both. He then turns to me and says I don't have to give you anything stupid bitch I am the manager. I CAN NOT BELIEVE CVS WOULD ALLOW SOMEONE SO RACIST, SO DISRESPECTFUL TO BE THE FIRST FACE YOU SEE AT THE REGISTER WHEN YPU GO IN. I will be reporting this any and every way I can until consequences have been brought upon this joke of a customer service agant. The pharmacy said his name was Esteban but I'm not sure if that was correct so I took photos And video. Please if anyone has info on or knows this worker he needs to be let go to find work that doesn't involve communication with African American people. Such a sad sick situation.

I transferred all my prescriptions to this location because the last CVS I was using was so understaffed they would close at random times due to staffing issues. This CVS is getting just as bad. They randomly close one lane of the drive thru but don’t put up a sign. Instead they wait until you sit there and then tell you the lane is closed due to staffing shortages. It would be helpful if they put a sign out.

I’ve been a customer here for too long. It’s apparent that management is lacking. Pharmacy was starting to come together, as of recent, only to fall apart again. Unfortunately, it’s a bit of a task to transfer your prescriptions out, but finally I’m resolute to do so. Maybe CVS needs to thinking about increase staffing and also compensation to their pharmacy staff to retain their competent staff!

Don't fill prescriptions here! Confirmed that medication is in stock and ready for pickup. I drive all the way there and they look at me like I'm crazy and tell me they're out. Last time I ever come here. CVS can do better.

False advertisement of open 24 hours. I drove up around midnight to get some over the counter medication for my daughter and learned the store is closed with just a hand written sign posted on the door. All lights were on inside and the 24 hour open sign is on too. This is not acceptable. If you claim you are a 24 hour store you should open 24 hours.

I dropped off my son's controlled substance medication on Tuesday and was told it was in stock and would be filled that evening. I never received a text so I waited a couple days. I got a text saying some of my prescriptions were ready so my husband and I went to pick them up and to see if our son's medication was also ready. (This is Thursday)We ask if ours sons medication is ready since he will be out of his meds on Saturday and that won't be good. The pharmacist checked and said they were out of stock. We were confused because they told us Tuesday,that it was in stock and would be ready. The guy at the window was very rude and said I don't know who told you that, but we are in a pandemic. Okay! Then He talked to the pharmacist and said, that we dropped his prescription off too soon. And then his third excuse was the prescription expired today. So needless to say, we have to schedule a new appointment with my son's pediatrician, and I think we need to find a new pharmacy!Get out while you can!

The absolute worst! They lied about having a medication in stock, never contacted us, then told us the RX expired when we came back a few days later to ask where it is. They didn't apologize and were extremely condescending the entire exchange. The incompetence is staggering. I've never lost my cool in a public setting until this day. They are costing me money (because now I need another doctors appointment to get another script) and there is now going to be a gap where the medicine isn't available. (not safe). This company doesn't give a damn about anything except money. They really, truly, don't.

After reading the reviews I was super skeptical but gave it a try because it's my closest CVS. So far they have not messed up my prescriptions and they are always friendly and helpful.

20 min at register with no one showing up. Literally could have walked out with half the store and no one would have noticed. This used to be a nice store and now I feel like I'm going into a ghetto. Don't complain anymore when people steal from you since you obviously don't care

I have been to many CVS all over the country. Most are good, this one would be a rare exception. Pharmacy is incompetent on prior authorizations, name spelling and pharmacist couldn’t care less about patient guidance. Never had this much trouble in 30yrs as a CVS customer.Last but not least there’s often uncomfortable solicitation in direct path of the main door.

Was on hold for over 15 minutes regarding a prescription that has been processing for 3+ days. Ridiculous service, I will be switching this location needs to be shut down.

This store and pharmacy are horrible. The customer service lacks in every way. If you are looking for any kind of service do not go here. I actually had someone at the pharmacy tell me that our conversation was going nowhere and then ask if there was some other kind of help they could provide when they provided no help to begin with over COVID tests. This is not service. They act entitled. As if I have to beg to be helped. I'm providing your paycheck. If I didn't have caremark this is the last place I would go. The front of the store is just as bad with self checkot. You have to stand and the front and search for someone or raise your voice if you need to get something. This store is just bad. Again, my insurance forces me to go here or I would boycott cvs all together. They should go out of business and everyone that works here should be fired

We moved to this house in 2018. I hate we went to the closest CVS and called it a day. This on is just slightly further for us in the opposite direction, but it is night and day difference. We have been 3 times now and always had a good experience. As soon as we walk up to the pharmacy, even if they are all busy, someone will acknowledge you within seconds. They get along well with each other and with the customers. They are quick, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with all of them here.

The white man with the ponytail in pharmacy refused to fill my husbands anxiety prescription and made him feel as though he was a druggie for wanting to pick up his meds that said they were ready for pickup on the app. First the answer was it’s too early and now it’s you didn’t feel comfortable??? Just admit you didn’t want to do your job and find another career field until you can learn to be passionate about this job and why people need the medication they take.

I've been foster bottle kitties for the past three weeks. Which means ever three hours I'm feeding them. Well 130 in the morning I went into the room to feed them and the door was open. My bloodhound helped herself to the only bottle I had for them. So after different attempts to feed them through other creative means I remembered CVS was open 24 hours. So, I hoped in the car and was greeted by an extremely helpful employee - Jason. I was so thankful for him going out of his way to not just direct me but take me to the section I needed. 5 customer service!!!! Bonus kitties were happy and full!
