Ordered a photo greeting card from the website, in the section for ordering photo greeting cards. When I got there, it was poorly printed, pixelated, blown out. Their rationale? "This isn't a printer. It's not a great printer" They didn't like when I suggested that they shouldn't be charging people for that, then. Left, didn't pay.

Don't order posters to be printed at this location. Cashier told me the poster printing machine wasn't set up and that they are also NOT trained to use it.

This place is a joke! Pharmacist thinks he knows all but is just a prick! Won't help out with anything and makes you wait a minimum of one hour to get a prescription that's already been called in and SHOULD be filled. Pharmacist should be fired for horrible customer service and the way he talks to people.

never go to this pharmacy, this is my second experience they never give your medication on time. I had medication send to this place at 3pm today and reached their at 5pm and it is not ready yet and as per the staff it is not going to be ready today as they are super backed up (it is not flu or covid season, I work in medical field and I know how busy all these places are). I had my provider redirect to safeway and it was ready in 30 minutes. Staff approches with attitude and they dont want you to go back in your life. CVS management if you cannot keep good staff please suttdown this place so people wont go this location even by mistake. It is not fun not getting your meds on time when you are super sick. Horrible place

Difficult store manager refused to help me with passport photo that the other store didn’t give me a receipt for even though I had the bar code scan. Ridiculously said I had to go back for the other store even though it was obvious that I bought product. The other location didn’t give me a receipt.

I am so very happy with the care and respect I receive from this Pharmacy team. Today Pharmacist Ryan expedited my prescription at the end of the day which is really crucial for me as I need to kick my respiratory illness in preparation for a surgery which would need to be canceled if the cough does not go away. I appreciate you Ryan, as you are giving me a fighting chance to hopefully not need to reschedule my surgery next week. Fingers crossed this works. Please know you are appreciated. I know staffing is thin... you are making a difference. I always have a good interaction here.

Recently insurance changed, I was happy with Walgreens, Now I feel forced to change to CVS, Hours indicate they are open til 9 PM. That's a lie, try 6PM. I have had nothing but problems trying to get refills here. The male pharmacist rushed me through the checkout process, I ended up with the wrong prescription. A day or so later, I tried to explain what happened, was advised they could not take it back. I had to get a new prescription, again.I tried calling them at night when I realized the error, they were closed. I called another cvs close by and was advised, that "oh well, we get busy, mistakes are made" Wow that really invokes confidence in me. I will certainly be moving my business back to Walgreens.

This place sucks! I drove 10 miles because I was able to make a Covid test appointment. Get here and pull up to the window...... says window is closed, they don't even answer the buzzer. But that you have to go inside. So I call the pharmacy multiple times and each time it goes straight to a busy tone. So go to the front door, ok cool now it says Covid testing patients can't go inside..... SO HOW DO YOU GET A TESTING DONE THAT YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR? You don't. Because yes I went inside and all they said was the system is down, sorry. What a joke. Ppl shouldn't have confirmed appointments and then drive feeling unwell for a Covid testing that doesn't even exist!!!!!!!!

Drive thru pharmacy is basically never open anymore. First it was a cut in hours, then the drive thru was always closed on weekends when most people run errands and pick up prescriptions. Now the drive thru is closed on weekdays due to being understaffed. Must be a terrible pharmacy to work in or they are not paying enough because this has not been a temporary problem and keeps getting worse. Icing on the cake is the passive aggressive sign inside at the pharmacy asking people to be nice and patient since they are understaffed. Well patience has ran out. I'm tired of trying to pick up my prescriptions to only find the drive thru closed again unexpectedly and now even the inside pharmacy hours are being cut. I am in the process of switching all my prescriptions to another location where they have a functioning drive thru for even basic hours. If this store isnt closing CVS corporate should seriously intervene here.

I just called to try to find a prescription and the pharmacy Tech Loretta was incredibly rude and short with me. She tried to tell me that she wasn't able to do something that the previous representative in CVS was able to do. So it wasn't that she wasn't able to do it it's that she didn't want to. Employees like this need an awakening

Prescriptions take days at times. I have asked to wait and they will still say it won’t be until when they close or the next day. If you’re sick and need something quick or within a few days find somewhere else. This has been going on for a few years now. It’s nothing new and nothing has changed.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in town. They take hours to fill basic scripts and then cut hours without notification so you can’t even get them filled when they’re done. We called another cvs to move a prescription and her answer was “yes, give us 15 mins”. This one store is the reason I moved me and my kids away from cvs

I know these guys are understaffed and they're working hard... But if it comes to a pharmacy, don't even attempt to go here. This is the second time I have gotten into this pharmacy only to find out they can't do what I need them to do because they're either closed or they're not accepting new prescriptions. They need to have a sign up that clearly states their CORRECT hours and what they can/can't do from the OUTSIDE, so people don't waste their time waiting 20 minutes in line for nothing.
