This location has gone down hill. The car wash didn't have working soap brush and the high powered soap option did even have soap. Then the vacuum didn't work and the water station was a dirty mess with the cloth wringing thing was all dried out and didn't really move. Very bad service because nobody was there to tell.

We did the deluxe for 11 "dollers" as it says on the machine. There were soap spots all over the car. I had to re-wash it. I did like the towel ringers by the vacuums. But washing the car twice was no good.

You can wash your car by yourself or they have one machine to do it for you. They take cash or credit cards. Sometimes, it is busy. The bad thing is that some customers leave tha bays with a lot of mud.

I like the touch less carwash but I always get charged the $11 wash no matter which one I press. Not really fair

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My first clue that this was not the place to get an automatic touchless car wash was when the credit card reader wouldn't take my card. The attendant came out and the first thing he said was that my card was probably declined. I said that's impossible because I had just stopped to get gas. He restarted the system and it finally worked. As I drove into the bay, I was watching the Enter sign closely, but the Stop sign never came on. This is obviously a point of contention, as the attendant says it "came on briefly." (Refer to Google review posted by Rose Pallava of the same issue.) I drove over the switch ramp and heard a thud. The sign quickly changed to Backup, which I did, and immediately heard another thud. The attendant came out a second time to try to guide me into the bay. He says there was no thud, but he sure came out of his office quickly to see what the issue was about. Not only was the car wash (Deluxe $11, BTW) so horrible that it still left streaks on the car, but their railing system scratched two of my brand new rims on the driver's side. (See photos and refer to Google reviews posted by Stan Holenda, Rex TL Yang, and Shrek Isdrek, plus Yelp review of Dustin S and Skitch B, of same issues.)I inspected the car upon returning home, and quickly called the car wash. I spoke with Jonathan, and asked him if he was the owner or manager, and he said manager. Now, I find after looking through these reviews, that he, indeed, may be the actual owner. Yelp has Jonathan M listed as Manager, and Jon M as Business Owner. In addition, he is rude, and hung up on me after he offered to send me video of the incident, and I agreed. (Refer to review by Don Rostron of same issue.) He did instead, after the phone call, send me only a few grainy photos by text. The photos have no context except for timestamps. I have no complete video of my car going in and backing out of the bay several times. He states that they have thousands of cars pass through without incident, and that they are not responsible due to their posted signs. I disagree. Their sign only states "Low profile rims/hub caps can be damaged by the rails use at own discretion." (See photo.) I don't have low profile rims, as I drive an SUV. Nevertheless, Paul Campanella’s Blog mentions, "State and federal consumer protection laws state that all business owners have a legal responsibility to provide reasonable care and keep their property safe... Any business owner that fails to keep their property safe for customers (and their vehicles) can be charged with negligence... they may have a case for premises liability." Food for thought.

First off, the self service bays are just fine. No worse or better then others I've been to. However this was the first time I just wanted to rinse my vehicle off through their automated wash, which the wash works good BUT THE FANS DON'T WORKSo I left with a soaking wet car which is pretty annoying

I've been using this car wash for years, spent probably $100's of dollars, and wouldn't go anywhere else for a car wash! The bays are always clean and soaps are always sudsy, they never run out of product and every machine is well maintained.I've brought motorcycles, performance cars, trucks, and beaters here. The price for a self wash is always fair. I've been all across the country and still haven't found a self service car wash that compares!

Staff yelled profanity at me and called me all sorts of names after my truck got a flat tire at his carwash. Apparently the owner watching via security cameras from the comfort of his home was upset that I wasn’t changing it fast enough. Rather then offer to help he called the Cops & a Tow Truck on me. Costing me $95 to move my truck 3 feet off “his property”. Luckily witnesses to this “blow up” by staff came over and gave a helping hand. Cops have dealt with this owner in the past and have never had a pleasant experience with him. Greed has stripped this man of any “human kindness” he may of had. I was once a customer, never again. 0 stars

Worthless touchless wash. Vehicle was dripping with neon green soap after finishing. Still filthy and all around looked worse than before. If anyone working there was actually around the site, I would’ve requested my money back.

Bought the $8 wash, was charged $11 via Apple Pay. Hardly any pressure and one quick rinse. This left a nice pink residue which now makes my white car look like it has freckles. Not going to give this place another shot.

I come here often and like to self wash my car I normally don't use the vacuums but this last time I did and I was over charged $9.75 for one vacuum use. The charge is still pending and it's been almost 3 weeks! Don't use the vacuums with a debit card!Services: Vacuuming

My car was covered in dust and dirt from all the rain we had over the last few weeks so I came here for a car wash. Decided to use the automatic wash for a basic wash. Not only is there still dirt on the car but now it's covered in this milky looking residue. It's like I traded dirt for soap residue so I'm still going to have to wash it again. Last week I came here with my truck to use the self-serve wash and couldn't believe how much money I had to put in the machine just to pressure wash and foam brush the dead bugs from my front end and rinse the rest of the pickup. I thought I was saving myself the effort of dragging out my pressure washer and cleaning supplies but in the end I will have to anyway.

Took about 90 seconds to pressure rinse my car -- did nothing else as I hand wash my vehicle at home. It said it was charging me a little over a dollar. Get home, it had charged $11. Try to call the number, straight to voice-mail and full mailbox. Cool business model.** after looking at other reviews it appears this is common practice. THIS IS A SCAM, PLACE IS A SCAM AND ILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IDC IF ITS ONLY $10 it's the principle.
