Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in many years. Christian was condescending, rude, & foul mouthed. Sorry to say that he got what he gave and it ended up costing Cricket a long time customer as we promptly dumped Cricket for the infinitely better service at T-Mobile. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this Cricket location to an enemy, or a good friend. Much much less than one star.

The manager Alexis was so great! She helped me switch over and went above and beyond to help get me set up switch my data over and helped me get a phone set up for my kid and helped with recommendations on apps for parental controls she was the only one In the store she had a heavy flow of customers with some complicated issues and managed it all with great patience! She was knowledgeable and an overall pleasure! She’s doing an amazing job as a manager!

Don’t go to a cricket store to get anything but cell phone service, they deal in old and worthless phones and iPads, go to Walmart or somewhere else, the only thing they have better is they have the affordable connectivity program that the government gives out otherwise see other places for anything other then that, I got tipped for $189.00 buying a out dated iPad, I’ll never deal with cricket in merchandise
